I forgot to mention another merging method. Once have mindful awareness of the inner & outer spheres; you can spin the lower dan tien like an active singularity which absorbs the outer sphere. It works faster if you have breath cessation:)

Hmmm good videos, don't know what exactly he is talking in the 1st part about the building of the strong nerve force using cold and hot water. As for the rest, its interesting I noticed too that the sun creates its own atmosphere on earth. When it goes down adn the last visible light is gone behind the buildings in front of me, something in the background has been turned off. I think this is what makes it sooo hard to sleep during daytime. Its not the light coming through the room windows, its more than that, its in the atmosphere charging us with...as the chinese literally call the sun, thick yang. I noticed the power of moms too. Although never realised its soo strong becuase I never analysed, but from what I feel I can sort of tell that it is VERY powerful. Make sure to get her to grab your hand for a few seconds at least once a year, it will do wonders for the hormones.

I think what he means by nerve force, has to do with sensitivity & intensity threshold. It can actually help you with PK & other powers, meaning that as you increase the energy & information load your nervous & ego can bare; you can develop greater access to your potential:)

It's just semantics of course, but other practitioners use the same phraseology:

I was actually going to order this device this weekend to ad to my PK toy collection:)

This whole concept of nerve-force is pretty phenomenal. When someone ejaculates a lot and they get jerky; movements is because the nerve force is damaged, unharmanoious and weakened. This also helps a lot on the inside in terms of health and allowing certain hormonal activities to take place. I took hot-cold showers 3 times so far this week. And it is amazing! I cant tell you how much more aware of my surrounding I am now any my control over my body has increased many fold times. It's soo amazing. Its helps to really restore that mental awareness which is lost after many ejaculations.

As for the exercise to hold a bar and slowly increase/decrease pressure I am much more capable of it now than before the showers, and I improve considerably with every shower. Although I don't quite see how it would help to improve nerve force...

Have you guys tried the hydroteraphy or the bar pressure exercise? Or are there any other amazing ways to improve nerve force. For me its quite a problem here in one of the major cities in the world. The shower water is full of toxins, doing it for a long time will make my skin rusty.

Somatic meditation practices improve nerve force greatly. The Vajrayana point of view on the body, is that everything in existence is your body, but the ego is blocking it out. Deep relaxation processes like the 10 points practice helps with this. Also, skull breathing directly leads to the sensation of the environment & other beings feel like a part of your nervous system.

Another thing in my personal case, is that having been celibate for a few years with many bindus open; I've been living with the bliss body  for awhile. I'm in a pretty constant state of orgasmic pleasure which is many time more powerful than an ejaculatory orgasm. I've had to learn to experience this in public without loosing composure. Often others come into resonance with the energy & become orgasmic too, which I can feel.

I would say concerning nerve force, that the more you let go & open; The more you may experience that the body is not what you thought it was:)

P.S. Arramu, I really appreciate your thoughts on the power of being in contact with your mom. My mom is no longer with me physically, but aside from being able to visit her astrally; I have found that the same healing energy may be experienced by connecting with the earth:)

I've already written this in the journal comments but I thought I'd place it here as well. I've been doing the hot cold shower technique this week for the past few days and have already noticed a few changes. I have attributed my sinus infection going away to it and my increased energy levels. This morning I was having opposite effect of sensation with the hot feeling cold and the cold feeling hot. Also being in the cold water didn't hurt as much either. I was convinced the water really wasn't that cold at all. The take I am having from this is that I can potentially have a greater control over my body temperature during the winter. That concept is sooo exciting. I can't wait until winter to see if I'm right.

Also I have noticed a slight increase in my ability to perceive the environment this morning after doing the skull breathing last night. :D

You might enjoy Wim Hof's, book. He very openly submits himself to scientific testing, & explores things like positive changes to the immune system:)

That book does sound interesting. Already on my fourth day of doing the hot/cold shower I am finding the cold water isn't cold enough. :P I am finding that I want to get rid of all aches and pains that are not related to spiritual and physical growth. Having poor circulation in my hands and feet makes winter almost impossible to survive and I avoid going outside to stay warm and it isn't enough. I don't like having to use a heating blanket either. I can't wait to try practicing snow walking, if that's what it is called, to see if I can't boost my nerve strength that way.

To be honest with you, the fastest progress that I have made has come from somatic practice; from profound relaxation of the body/mind & surrender to the elements. Try doing the 10 points practice for a couple hours; allow yourself a weekend for personal retreat sometime, so you can get into it deeply without having to squeeze it into a busy daily routine. The foundations of Tummo, & Rainbow Body, are in the breathing body practices, if you get deeply enough into them.

There are other somatic practices from other traditions of course. I would say as a long time practitioner from multiple traditions, the breathing body course presents some of the most advanced practices in the Buddhist Tantra, for a house holder, with no requirement that you become a Buddhist.

Basically, the path to realization is release of tension. You rest your awareness in the body; you discover knots of tension, you invite the tension to release, you become aware that your body is more vast than every allowed yourself to notice before:)

I will do that this weekend if it's the last thing I do. Hopefully it isn't because I need to go to bed on time for once and Sunday night isn't the time to be doing last minute stuff. :P Especially with something that requires absolute focus and relaxation.
