I have been having a lot of strange pains lately in my forehead and more recently my throat. I know there is a collection of physical nerves around the chakra points but years ago when I was attempting to open and stimulate them I don't think I succeeded in doing much more than affecting the nerves at the chakra location because I didn't feel many sensations on most of them and the ones I did it was not really pleasant. If pk has something to do with the throat chakra that is new to me because I always read it had more to do with the third eye or the solar plexus. Hopefully I wont get the hangover type feeling you describe. It does not sound pleasant.

I know we have gotten a bit of the subject of this post so I want to mention another film that I have been somewhat inspired by...The Good Witch's Gift and The Good Witch's Garden if I remember the titles correctly. They came on Hallmark a while back but I do not watch TV anymore really so it has been a while since I have seen them.

I think Pk improves all of the chakras.

You could visualize dissolving any blockages at that area.

i made my root chakra vibrate when i was doing OBE training last night. kinda of a itchy feeling with a vibration OOOM OOOM kinda thing o.0. rly unconftable feeling to be honest.

but when i do PK i concentrate on my third eye and then on the psi wheel and i contuie this for maybe a hour.

My friend suggested a tv-show called 'The fades'. I just watched the first episode and it seems pretty interesting.
30 sec trailer, couldn't find anything better.

Owl, psions are portrayed as monsters because that kind of power is scary to people, and for some reason many people like being scared.

i've always liked Disney's Tarzan. saw it like 9 years ago with my choi kwang do class.

not sure about others

i always felt Tarzan like a portrayal of an infinitely capable being

always inspires me somehow

alone and able in a world without formalities. simple choices to simple ends. pain the only mistake happiness the only yard-stick

i never get tired of it

The Chronicle looks like it will be well worth a watch, even if it does portray PK as the work of evil lol,    but  some great motivation to train in there.  I also see what you mean Shirak about them saying its like a muscle,  which we have said here.   I dont think its an ego based observation, it would be funny if there is alot of stuff in there from the forum,,  oh and actually it looks like the guy is using my foil push technique to knock the car off the road  biggrin

Looks pretty cool Owl! I will have to watch the rest of this one later, got to get my kid in bed. :)
I can't believe we haven't mentioned this one before...well, it's a tv show as well as a movie, Firefly...River is forced to be a Psion of sorts after the government kidnaps her and messes with her mind:
