Psychokinesis

The videos that owltwelve posted in the beginning of this really helped alot, thank you. I actually saw my aura :D

On the matter of seeing energy in the air, when i barely have any light on and look in the corner of my room I start to notice that the two different shades on the two walls start to fuzz together until i don't see the corner of my room. It's as though the two walls have joined together in my vision and lose all there texture and shades of color. As soon as I move my eyes it returns to normal. I wanted to know if I am seeing their energy or if this is something else. Thanks for the help. :)
