I disagreed with his opinion of Mo Pai being the strongest system. But for him it is. I find systems often lock us in to a certain mindset and bind us to a master. Not really for me.

Yes Shirak. As soon as you become part of a system, then you immediately have limitations and rules set upon you. The best way to be, is to be FREE :)

I was inspired the other day by Thradans vid to try some serious heat shielding, last night it worked quite well and recorded it,  I did put a warning in the vid to have some water nearby,   because you could easily burn yourself.    I dont think a little friendly competition between psions is a problem, i think its another way to encourage growthsmile.

You could see how much of a hold you actually had over it, once the flame popped back up,

weird how it was crackling like that

Yes it was almost like electricity and it continues for some time. I am excited to train after work today. I think it was my excitement in the connection which caused the flare. Mindfulness of emotions during pyro is very important once you have connected to the flame. Fear can actually draw heat and burn the hand IMO

I think you are definitely onto something it also sounded a bit like when there is water in hot cooking oil or something like that.

Also Shirak the footage seems to show waves, do you think this is just a camera effect, or something else?

This is so cool! I need to practice with candles, I'm just kind of scared to. What if I catch something on fire? Would home owners cover that?;)

I was afraid of that to, bu you can take precautions. You can place the candle in a metal basin like a pot or frying pan. You can also keep water or an extinguisher near by. It's a lot of fun shy. I train flame pulsing on my stove top recently:)

I noticed that I think it is the fluorescent light frequency wave pulsing through the frame capture. It looks really cool though.

My main question is can anyone give me any advice or thoughts on how and if its possible to speed up kinetic energy to ignite something??? Ive seen John Chang and he uses Yang chi but i was wondering could i train to do it psychokinetically instead?... since i can at least do a stasis field on a wind mill and isnt that slowing or reversing kinetic energy? ...While how would i go about speeding up kinetic energy of molecules for ignition? I would love to begin training in the speeding up of molecules psychokinetically not with focusing on yin and yang chi like John. ANY ADVICE?

I'm not into starting fires myself, but I have a couple of ideas. Start with something you can already connect with & see. You have already slowed the pinwheel with stasis. Have you tried speeding it up? Take any object in perpetual motion, and try to get it moving faster, so you can clearly see & feel yourself doing it. I think this will build confidence.

Also, try your best to connect with an object at a molecular level. Perhaps, this will feel like your imagination at 1st; though just because it's your imagination doesn't mean it's not real. Your mind may provide you with a visual construct to interpret your connection. Get a sense of the kinetic speed/vibration/temperature. Stay with this everyday until you are comfortable with it and it becomes a habit. Then when this is solid in your mind, focus on speeding it up.

Today I was training for extinguish discipline there were many distractions. I tried to transcend. I was not feeling the over unity state. While the flame got thinner and pulsed some it did not extinguish. My attention went to the radiometer which was spinning from the infrared energy the candle produced. I was relaxing into stasis field getting some nice pause and slowdowns.

As mind state reached the coherent state similar to level 3 force trainer feel I noticed the candle would flicker and grow. As I dwelled in the experience of that feel I noticed the flame grow higher and more responsive to my mental state shifts.

I then put my finger close feeling the flame burn it shifted and moved away as though the energy did not want to hurt me. Each time it would cause pain the flame and heat would shift away. I really enjoyed the effect of biomind/field entrainment to flame.

Biofield emf Extinguish and pulsing.

Reading an interesting article by one of the foremost emf researchers in the world.

"How might the electric field disrupt the fire?

Hydrocarbon flames produce charges spontaneously in the form of electrons, ions and charged soot. We also know that electric fields interact with charges. What happens is the electric field is essentially driving particles like bullets in the air, very fast, and in this movement the charges will bounce off all the other molecules which make up the air within the flame, and the immediate surroundings. What we have discovered is that this collective motion of ions leads to a coherent flow in one direction. You have the onset of flow within the flame that is the really interesting part of it."

By learning to create an over-unity effect in the biofield the necessary charge is generated to cause the effect of extinguish and pulsing. Regulating the biofield and directing it are the components of pyro which can enable this natural law.

Electokinesis and pyrokinesis disciplines we see go hand in hand.
