Extinguish Discipline:

Step 1. Look at the candle and visualize it as it would be extinguished with smoke coming off of it.

Step 2. Hold the image of it loosely in your mind. The point is not to try and force it but invite it to follow the visualized intention as you would a friend.

Step 3. Relax the flame is getting smaller. Allow feelings of stasis field to surround you and the flame.

Step 4. The flame will decrease in size wait until it is entirely blue. Then detach from the result even look away momentarily. It will extinguish.

Note: Heavy thinking will only succeed in making thought energy heat energy.

Overunity state is accomplished through the relaxed approach.

This session I allowed my mind my attention to know and invite the yellow on the flame to shrink and for it only to be blue it was almost a similar balancing feel to stasis field same formula as above though. I noticed another thing. When I had the blue bubble effect on the flame it got very hot. Thats all for now. 'Trying to stay non ego flaring as I describe this. I won't lie I am feeling very giddy and its very hard not to smile and get excited with each effect.

Working with flame one learns to respect and also direct its aspects.
I have done fire sticks since I was a teen and the focus required to maintain a body without burn is for me meditative.
There is a real singular focus and the roar created as the fire passes near the head is almost musical.
The fire stick is also forgiving and can kiss the skin without burning as long as it is "bounced" moved away quickly.

I have a set of fire poi but I use flowlights more than anything. I haven't done any practicing in a while though.

This sort of reminds me of fire eating. It really is easy to do, although you may not catch me doing it again at my age. Being a bold youngin, I did just about anything. LOL... An easy home method involves a butane lighter. Just got to blow out the butane pretty darn fast after lighting it, and not swallow.

Fire eating is a bit more dangerous than fire dancing. When it is done with a torch on fire you have to remember to fill your lungs with oxygen as full as they will go before smothering the fire because if something goes wrong our first instinct is to take a gasp and when that happens the fire will go down and might send you to the hospital. This has happened before to people. If your lungs are full of oxygen and something happens you will exhale and blow the fire away from you but it is still a dangerous thing to do.

Yes I have done fire breathing before it is dangerous if you are not paying attention and using the correct technique but it has an awesome feel when you pull it off. Getting a mentor to show you technique before trying it is highly recommended and yes this is a satisfying technique when you pull it off.

I guess I should have said breathing vs eating. Yes I had a mentor that knew how to do it. Not the greatest mentor. But they showed me how. I guess the first step is doing it in your hand first. Oh and a long haired lady should always tuck her hair behind her ears. LOL.... Really isn't difficult. Looks worse than it is.

This reminds me of a possible PK trick. I could always get a worn out lighter to light for me. Other impressed folks would try the lighter and nada. Then I would proceed to light it. Over and over again.... I could use a worn out lighter for some time. This was another one of those know you can and you will type of deals. Mentioned it in case you wanted to try it.

I know this isn´t the main intent of this topic, but I was watching a video from TopExnur [video=] , and now I´m 100% sure that at least part of his videos are fake. If you put your speakers loud enough, at 0:16, the exact time the flame goes off, you will hear a clear air blowing sound, and if you notice closely he was with his mouth slightly opened and he closes it right after it. I´m saying this because I know that there are lots of very honest people in this forum, who put lots of effort and time into this, and I think thats unfair that you guys be deceived this way.
