Hi, i've been trying to do telekinesis since last month and i have advanced from moving a psiwheel to moving a matchstick over a clear surface, just want to know whats the biggest thing other members can move and for how much time are they practicing telekinesis, please share as it would be inspirational.

Regards

You should definitely check out the specializations section as well as the journals section That is where we log omost of our successes. Welcome to the forum BTW.

In answer to your question I have effected the kinetic energy surrounding a windmill to stop it. We refer to this technique as stasis field. Match sticks technique sound very interesting. Can you share more?

A lucid dream & the classic OBE are related. Both are based on focus into a non-physical reality. The only differences have to do with how awake you are & whether other minds are contributing to the reality system. You could say that physical reality is a dream as well.

If you happen to find yourself in a lucid dream, & you are awake enough, you can focus on your physical bedroom and find yourself there:)

Um I got a question what if you are lets say 20 and sense 16 you been having OBEs, NDEs, Lucid drems, telekanetic experiences, experiences of possible levitation, weather manipulation and some signs of telepathy. Would you highly recommend for such individual to hit the training 24/7?

I would recommend that any person do what makes them happy, as long as they are not harming others. You can judge for yourself what is best for your own life.

What is right for one person, may not be right for all:)

No. to much of something is bad. You cant practice 24/7, id think youd lose it. And you can cause irreversable damag to your body. So be careful

One definitely mustn't overdo it.

Do it so that you'll enjoy it. 24/7 is okay, until it's playful and enjoyable. When it's not, then seek for a change in the routine and come back when you feel like it.
