A few times i have seen here the Russian Pyrokinetic videos where he burns cups, pieces of paper, and a few other things.

This morning i ran into a video claiming to debunk him, so i took a look.  I started on part 3, watched through part 5, then went back for parts 1 and 2.  I honestly am a little bit baffled and upset.

From what i can understand of the videos, one (or possible two) of the men, paid to learn his pyrokinetic art, didn't get the results they wished, and sent for an investigator.  The investigator came (Possibly a friend of one of the two), held a session with the russian, got burnt in the process, came back the next day, and did a more... thorough investigation, which is when the videos take place.

The skeptic/investigator, seemed pretty upset, even borderlining on furious.  continuously demending a demonstration of his abilities, which the pyrokinetic, never performed on cemera at all.  The skeptic immediately started making threats to call the embassy and police over his fraudulent claims and extortion.  To keep it short, here are a few points in the videos.

1.) He never performed his ability on camera.  He did however do it once off camera.

2.) The pyrokinetic did seem to waffle a bit on the "How", and did seem to make excuses as to why he couldn't do it at that time/place.

3.) Skeptic repeatedly threatened him with the embassy and police, and demended an apology from the kinetic.

4.) They searched most of his place, trying to find the hidden devices or chemicals he used to perform such a trick.  The kinetic gave them full permission to search anywhere.

5.) They never found anything conclusive.

The last bit i will add before the video is, though i wonder why he didn't just go throw with the demonstration, or why certain places where required, as his claim is he can do this anywhere at roughly any time (Until they started threatening him and demanding of him).  Near the end, it really seems they brow beat him into submission, forcing him to confess that he uses chemicals.  Though the russian didn't know what chemicals he was using.  They also said he was using lasers, which they never found.  They found a transformer in his place, and claimed it was the power source!  (I don't know a lot about transformers, so i don't know if it could be used as such). 

I think 'if' he is real, and is just saying what they want to hear so they leave him alone.  This goes to show that for skeptics like this guy, there is no way but his way, and he isn't above going out of his way, to make you pay for not seeing things his way.

On the other hand, i am not sure if the russian kinetic is real or not anymore.  I personally feel they have done nothing to disprove him (despite his waffling).  Yet they still feel they have adequately done so.

That guy is not a skeptic hes just a Jerk it is typical of the insults which are part of the formula used by psudoskeptics to throw psychics off balance and get them out of their relaxed peacful mindset.

 

This is further proof of how psions are persecuted when they put themselves out there.

I kind of figured he was trying to keep him on the defensive. Constantly worried about serious legal action being taken against him. Just watching him, even i got a bit nervous.

There are 4 other parts to this. I wasn't sure if i should embed them all, it would be a pretty full page, but i can if you would like. Not sure if the other parts are listed in the videos at the end or not.

It's kind of ironic though, as i was looking up where to put this, trying to find a suitable preexisting thread where this would fit, i ran into an old thread of a guy who issued a challenge to you. I guess he was stalking you, and threatened you with legal recourse for pictures or something. It's Here.

It reminded me very much of this subject.

One of the reasons i decided to post this was, not to long ago, i started running across people like James Randi and Darren Brown, who speak of Psychic abilities and paranormal phenomena, and peoples belief in them as dangerous. I think i now see why.

I was the one who threatened legal action unfortunately because I have a policy of deleting negative emails I did not have the evidence of me telling him I did not want to correspond with him because of his negativity. Which I did do. He knows it. I know it. I'm sure Youtube has a log of all correspondence somewhere however I just don't want to even give it any more time. At the end of the day it was an experience that taught me about a lot of things and for that I am grateful.

He had counter threatened me by saying I had breached a forum policy of posting peoples addresses. What I had actually done is Posted the Ip address generic satellite map of where his service provider for his web page which is public knowledge. I took this down a day or so later point made. This was to show him that he was not as anonymous in his harassment as he would like to believe. After blocking him several times on this forum and youtube because of the negativity he would constantly direct at me he did not get it. In the end we both agreed to disagree and leave it at that.

Some Skeptics are like parasites they use the psi phenomenon to become famous by attacking it and causing controversy. They cannot become famous or notable on their own merits or academia so they attempt to become this way by attacking someones belief system. This is also known as Bigotry. This has lead to an ignorant movement that defers all judgment power to a man in a white beard. Woe be unto anyone who questions his logic. One only has to comment on one of his videos with any sort of questioning to see the cult figurehead he has become.

I have a policy of not engaging with negative projecting people. I am happy to deal with constructive suggestions for controls. One of the skeptics I look up to is Darryl Sloan. He has challenged my assumptions in videos and suggested controls and theories which have helped me test my own assumptions and learn. There is a difference between a skeptic and a skeptic who is doing it for attention and to project negativity.

You are the one who decides who you give your energy to. I kind of wish I had my 12 minutes back after watching that video it was hateful rubbish and I kind of felt sorry for the guy at the end.

I choose to focus on the positives and disengage from those who would bring me down and project negative outlooks on life. If someone has something constructive to suggest I take that on board. Whatever you choose to focus on in life will become stronger. I choose positivity.

I kind of wish I had my 12 minutes back after watching that video

12 minutes?!! lucky, i spent the better part of an hour watching it.
I guess i was looking for a silver lining, or maybe a happy ending. It paid off. Though they continued to bully him, and get him to admit he was a fake, and even went through his house looking the devices and chemicals they (more or less) forced him to say he used. They never found a thing.

Even if he couldn't perform on command for whatever reason, he still opened up his home to scrutiny, and came out squeaky clean. I wonder how many frauds can do that and get away with it...

Food for thought i suppose :)
