I keep thinking to myself, "How the heck did Owl have enough time to read/listen to all this stuff?" And then I remember you take a train/bus to work and you've been at it longer than me. :P

Not really. Regarding lucid dream/AP I think strenghtening your astral body could help. Try some of bearhearts exercises for that, daily. But I have no experience to confirm they do.

I'm just older than you, & unmarried, plus having no kids frees up some time, I'm sure:)

Seriously though, around 2008-2009, I experienced a lot of loss & trauma which focused my mind & spirit. From that point on, nothing mattered more to me than spiritual practice.

Began energy manipulation for influence over a month ago but had no idea of the method in the original post...

I'd like to post here another method I've been using and ask for your criticism, if you please.

Destilled down to it's essence what I've been doing is:

1) establish the connection (similar to the one when moving an object)
2) translate my goal into a series of feelings/emotions that my own subconscious can interpret
3) wait for the subconscious of the other person to begin mimicking mine.
4) and then the conscious mind will probably pick up and begin to work with bits and pieces of memories/thoughts/feelings surfacing from their own subconscious as if they were their own.

So I would like to share one case here and share for your thoughts and critics.

I have this person who has been addicted to coffee since childhood and tried several times to quit but always failed.

I do sessions mostly with subject sleeping during hypnagogic state immediately after going to bed or 10min before waking up for things to have an easier chance of being remembered by their conscious mind upon awaking.

I began by first vividly recalling the memory of something the subconscious truly loves (in this case, coffee) in order to gain initial trust and comfort and then ended the session with that pleasant feeling.

Following sessions, instead of inserting thoughts of mine in their mind I only used the already existing thoughts and memories to prevent their subconscious fighting a foreign thought like the immune system would fight a foreign bacteria.

Basically I took vivid notes of the last handful of times the person drank coffee and also of the last handful of times the person had intensive sad/angry moments... And then just replayed them together over and over in an effort to associate in that person's had the memory of drinking coffee with the memory of being very sad/angry.

Now at first I tried with psiballs, later proceeded to more elaborate constructs that would replay drinking other beverages throughout the entire night during their sleep and later tried remote influencing.

At first I thought I would do a session trying to make the person drink milk for breakfast but it never worked.

then I tried to make the person stop drinking coffee and didn't happen either... But I've noticed that for the past 3 weeks a person addicted to coffee during their entire life has only drank coffee three times, whereas before they'd drink coffee twice a day.

In 3 weeks went down from 42 to 3.

I still feel bothered by those 3 failed times, since it's not a 100% success rate.

However during those 3 times, the person only drank the coffee once and the other 2 didn't even drank it... they just buy the coffee, smell it and give a tiny sip and put the entire full cup down and never touch it again.... it's like a part of the mind is still undecided or fighting back.

I'd like to ask your thoughts and opinion based on your experience because I'm starting to think that perhaps something is kinda happening.

And also, I initially had this (perhaps wrong) preconception that this stuff would work in 10 seconds as fast as snapping your fingers, but it seems more like it works based on a cumulative building up effect in the mind of the other person, or am I wrong?

Is there any method that works faster?

The method is arbitrary, meaning that method relates to what it takes for you to relax enough to stop blocking the connection. There is only one subconscious, which we all share; the inherent connection is perfect & in a superposition relative to spacetime. Individual sense of self is an ego construct to wall off or freeze awareness which is too intense to deal with. This is a deeper topic, so I could get into it deeper if you're interested.

In any case, a good analogy for individual awareness & shared subconscious, might be ice cubes floating in the ocean. This is why I mentioned frozen awareness above; awareness deferred/repressed because of intensity/trauma gets stored in the physical body, or frozen until it comes up again later. That ice cube, which is really your ego continues to grow because of this & for some, it becomes an iceberg.

How does this relate to telepathy; influence, & every other mind power for that matter. Your body has a direct in the moment interface with the subconscious; your body is the subconscious. The subconscious not only represents information hidden from the conscious awareness, but omniscient; omnipresent, omnipotent oneness & realization of all existence.

The mechanism under the hood of all these methods, is relaxation of the ego, in other words tension in the body. You are already the person you desire to influence. To influence the other person, is to influence yourself, & vice versa.

If you don't really want to look under the hood though, my advise for influence, is to visualize simply & directly. Imagine what you want to happen as though you are reviewing a very recent memory(if your concentration is weak), or happening now(if your concentration is strong). It's all happening now actually, but if you've got an iceberg for an ego; you need more convoluted methods to get you there. Either way, engage your senses in your visualization, because it engages the body, which again has direct access to the subconscious. Speed & success rate depend on your skill at relaxing enough to be open. I hope you find this helpful:)

P.S. The more frequently you influence the same person; the more your connection grows. Think two ice cubes fussing into one cube in a glass of water. It means more power; stronger influence, but that connection flows both ways. Some notice it faster than others, but be aware of this aspect. Don't sh't where you sleep, if you catch my meaning.

O12 I feel it is the same way with my relationships with different pk constructs. The longer I spend time developing them through training the stronger they get and the easier they are to trigger. Infusion. :)

Wow , I remember reading this post the first time I visited this site I couldn't understand much , but it was only when I experienced my first mind control/influence success a couple of months ago that I now can relate & fully grasp everything you said Owltwelve. I feel like such a noob compared to you guys.biggrin

I have one question though , are people aware of our subconscious instructions? , Because the connection I feel towards the person I'm connecting/controlling feels like a personal interaction like they're aware of my presence...

The people you influence will always be subconsciously aware. Some will be consciously aware if they happen to be more sensitive. Also, if you become stronger, meaning that you develop a lot of yang energy; people will almost always be consciously aware, but it won't matter because they'll come under your thrall. Eventually though, it may dawn on you that you are the people you influence. Your heart opens, & you are moved by their needs rather than your own:)
