Rest and exhaustion.

I usually practice every single day for 1-3 hours. I'm just a beginner but I can move a psi wheel pretty well. Except I have a concern with rest because often times after my practice I'll be exhausted and just wanna pass out. Then I'll be low on energy the next day and can't move anything as well as I could. Should I practice one day then rest the next so I refill on my energy?

You should add meditation into your practice dude and regular energy work. I suffered from the same thing doing tk for days in a row and depleting my reserves. Many people do.

Yh I would give the same advice. At the moment I am at a stage where if I meditate at least 2 hours then I cna do it otherwise my concentration is not good enough to do it :( so go ahead meditate as much as you can several times during your rest day

I think it's more of a question of how you do it. Be mindful of everything you do.

The same thing to myself also :D. Because I'm yet to regain the stage where everything I do becomes meditation.
