Hi all!

Hi all! I've read a couple of articles and found so much knowledge already, so I thought I would register and participate.

Although as a kid I was able to do some PK (basic psiball, barely), it wasn't until somewhat recently that I became truly interested in all things psi, for a different reason. As it turns out, I struggle with my psiballs and programming but I am very (and unintentionally) perceptive.

A few examples: I seem to know when people I care about are sad/stressed/happy/nervous, even if I'm 2000km away (yes, kilometers :P I'm not American). And when said people are close to me, their emotions kind of become my own...it's difficult to explain. I feel my own stuff, but also theirs. And if their feelings are negative, it really really sucks. To a lesser extent, I also feel what strangers are feeling, but the emotions feel "blurry", for a lack of a better word. And crowds = exhaustion after a while for me.

There were times when I knew things (the result of a medical test, for example) before anyone told me. Sometimes when I'm about to say or do something, I get like a sudden burst of ¿anxiety? in my chest that warns me not to, and the feeling is usually right.

The weirdest of it all happens when I'm asleep. Some time after a girlfriend and I broke up, I was dreaming about random stuff when suddenly I woke up knowing that she had found someone else. Let me clarify, it wasn't a feeling of jealousy or anything, just raw knowledge (the same way you can play some music right now and know for a fact it is playing). Two weeks after that, I was again dreaming random stuff when I had a single image of her crying and staring at her dog, then the dream ended and I woke up. Some quick FB research confirmed that both she had a new boyfriend, and her dog had died that night. We never spoke again, and eventually those insights faded away. I have also "sent" some info in my sleep (I have no idea how) and people told me they woke up in the middle of the night with that same feeling of receiving actual knowledge (which, as it turns out, it was).

Anyway, I've been reading some articles but I'm a little lost. I wouldn't bother anyone to actually guide me, but if someone could point me in the right direction on where to start reading and practicing and perhaps on how to understand and manage this stuff, I would be very very grateful =)

Hi , Welcome to the forum.

Judging by your background it seems like you have alot of intuition & empathy , When it comes to Psychokinesis for me personally there are two main categories.

1) Energy Work ; which involves energy cultivation , using your body's energy/electricity to manipulate objects.

2) Mentalism , like Telepathy & Clairvoyance which simply involves Intuition.

If you're planning on doing telekinesis then you should be working on energy cultivation which requires alot of discipline & perseverance.

If you're planning on doing stuff like Telepathy , Mind reading & Clairvoyance , Then you should work on sharpening your intuition.

Think of it as a skill , certain skills requires more attention in order for them to improve. If you know what it is you want , then you can start training towards that goal.

Thanks for your reply. I was kinda thinking the same things, I guess energy must be the first step. How about OBE's, how do they inlfuence other skills? I also wonder if some meditation would help. If so, which kind? I've found several articles on google regarding meditation but of course none of them directly address PK.

There are different kinds of meditations for breathing , You'll have to see what works for you.

you don't necessarily have to sit on the ground to meditate , you can stand or sit on a chair which ever way you feel comfortable.
