How does one learn Biofeedback?

After hopping over to wikipedia to look it up, it mostly focused on machines that show you whats going on inside, and you work from there.  However it did say you could practice biofeedback without one; but it never went into how. Anyone have any information/videos/articles that teach you how to learn biofeedback without one of these machines?

Would greatly appreciate it,

Thank you.

There is some biofeedback equipment that's actually quite affordable. I had a neurofeedback session once but couldn't afford to keep going, and the technician told me that a company called Heart Math makes some really good equipment that costs only one or two hundred dollars. That may or may not be in your price range, but it's still not nearly as much as you could be forgiven for assuming it would be. I haven't bought it yet myself though so I don't have any personal experience to share.

I know you said without machines, but I just thought I'd make you aware of that in case you only said it because you didn't have a machine didn't think you could realistically buy one.

EDIT: Just noticed this thread is 6 years old. Hope you found what you were looking for in that time!
