To achieve outcome not by muscular or mechanical intervention by solid macro device or object. An intelligent preconceived act of will/intention to direct an otherwise state of motion or rest without mechanical macro object intervention to cause said intent of motion, control by will the available energies to affect Newtons laws of motion, that is by act of intent without macro mechanical intervention.

In the point you are projecting focused kinetic energy that is not the (mean/average) or within standard human condition of a body unfocused in the same application and position. Kinetic enrgy as referenced from wikipedia The kinetic energy of an object is the extra energy which it possesses due to its motion. It is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to its current velocity. Having gained this energy during its acceleration, the body maintains this kinetic energy unless its speed changes. Negative work of the same magnitude would be required to return the body to a state of rest from that velocity.

I was thinking telekinesis is separated from biokinesis where biokinesis covers the biochemical and biophyisical kinetic energy produced by the body. TK and PK covers the other energies produced by and also harnessed by the human mind. does that sound like a good differentiation? Like Punching through a brick wall that would be biokinetic. Whereas using the mind to cause enrgy to punch through the wall or enrgy to hurl an object through a wall is telekinetic these are just simple examples

If something is telekinetic the discipline being used is an act of will controlling a variety of energies to control the laws of physics to cause movement and action. The processing of this infinity of space time events is organized by the subconscious to cause the desired event to happen. This event is an act of will and knowledge and not caused by intervention of macro mechanical object to cause movement. Another branch of psycho kinesis is Bio kinesis or bio kinetic action. This is the focusing of biomechanical and biochemical energy to discharge electricity heat or force in a controlled, intelligent action of focused energy. This includes the focusing of these chemical and biomechanical systems to increase the rate of healing.
Telekinesis and Bio kinesis are both disciplines of psycho kinesis

Bio kinesis is the expression of energy of that localized quantum field that gives rise to your body. The focusing and projection of energy produced by the body to cause the psychokinetic event. Telekinesis is the projection of the consciousness into the unified field (everything) to cause the psychokinetic event. The source or catalyst of the kinetic energy is taken from the available energy and create transmuted by the known unknown laws of physics mixed with the projected conscious intent from the practitioner.
