I developed this one this week and its sooo much fun. Turn on the bathroom light wait till after your shower when its all foggy. Raise your hand above your head close to the light you should easily see the mist. Now focus projecting energy from your hand. You will actually see the water respond. This is a good way to practice projecting force from the hands (Biokinesis) (Chi Strikes)
Disciplines to try. Without moving the hand. 1.Try accelerating the mist in front of your fingertips.
2.Try creating a spiral energy from your fingertips or palm.
3.Try creating a force field around your hand so the mist is pushed away.
4.If you can hang two small sheets of foil and project and conciously condence water onto one if droplets form on one and not the other you are doing the right thing. (This is your feedback) This is early practice for creating water out of thin air on a humid day and mabe later making it rain in one spot.
These are a few of the application I have been toying with in my daily routine as I get out of the shower even just leaving the hot water on 5 minutes does this. However it is an exellent feedback technique to for kinetic energy chanelling because you can see the energy in action right away this feedback helps you to adjust the flow and movement of kinetic energy sent from your hands. I am unsure if I can film this as I dont know if my camera can pick this up but I would love to hear feedback on this training device/system. Idealy it one can learn to condense moisture into water when one needs water :) I have had possitive results. I hope this is helpful!

Water responds well to our thoughts and emotions. I enjoy working with it as my affinity with water only gets stronger. One thing I am countinuesly trying to do is buldge water and form ice. I have a technique for it something simple just haven't tried it.
I seen the video about the man who can swim in ice cold water. I'm going to try the shower tech soon.
When I was 19 I jumped off the dock at Whiterock Vancouver in winter and it felt like I couldnt use my balls for a week be careful lol
Also some points to be aware of as experienced directly from this event.
Extremes of cold temperature cause the limbs to lock up the blood seems to not flow I dont know if this is a protection measure to keep core temperature stable however as I tried to swim back to the dock I noticed my arms stopped working very quickly and had to flop back on the dock with some help to get up.
Something to be aware of without tumo training or similar the body shuts down "Very" quickly in cold water.
Weird, couldn't find any authors nor resources from where these meditations and methods might be derived from. I wonder who this .. hm, ok it seems it's Darryn John Murphy. Haven't heard of him before, but his methods sound like he knows what he's talking about. Thanks again..

Was watching Mortal Kombat a while ago o__o and saw this.. and thought of showing it to u all xD it might be somehow a little help to visualize while using cryokinesis techniques o.o
Dont watch the whole clip... watch from 7:18 o.o till the end if u want xD i just want that part exactly after 7:18 where he makes the bridge

Yeah, that looks like something someone might end up doing in the future, or in that case, copy Liu Kang, and just hop over the gap with a frontflip - epic land and what-not. Still, I couldn't skip to the bridge part because it had to buffer. So why not watch the whole thing as it buffers? :)
Also, I haven't seen Mortal Kombat in years. It's been at least 3 or 4 since I saw it last. Might of been 5. But none-the-less, next time I'm getting into Cryokinesis, I'll probably use this to help my visualization with making ice out of thin air. Too bad I can't become a master quickly like Sub-Zero. :)

Although it's been years of on & off pk practice, I still believe that one would be able to learn amazing pk in just a minute or two. It's all simple when one gets the 'knack' of it .. or so I believe, because that's what I like to believe. I think it's only an illusion that things take time.
I'm sure you can learn it in no time once you get the knack of it. Who knows, maybe you'll become a master faster than Sub-Zero could have even dreamed of?

All it takes is everything you got and they is no limit to what you can do. Even time itself is only a self-restriction we put on ourselves. Everything is almost like a game of the minds. From the biggest things, to the smallest things, the mind is always at work preparing us for the journey that lays ahead of us. Put your best foot forward and join in the dance we call life.

In fact using mint and other yin based foods is an actually old known remedy to cool the body. In old medicine sickness was thought to be caused by an imbalance of yin and yang. To much yang (hot) balance by giving mint tea cool soup etc. There is an actually chart of foods I saw a while ago Ill try and find to post here.
