I live in an area that has had a lot of storms in the last few weeks. I have been doing meditations in my backyard during the dry times.
I have felt an expanded awareness fascilitated by the audible and sensory feedback of the wind.
After focusing on just this and how it makes me feel I find I have been able to anticipate the the increases and drops and it feels as though consciously if I hold the idea of wind increasing loosly in my mind I can build the intensity outside the standard feedback results. Regardless of the many explanations that can explain this this sort of meditation is awareness increasing for me and I feel centered and in the pk mindset for other training following this excercise I just thought I would share this.
