Okay so its coming to the holiday season and we all have a little more time on our hands. Is anyone working on any new projects? I am working on a concept called psionic leverage that MAcbethlondon intoduced me to it is actually quite effective.
Nice! I find generating pk movement under glass generally takes a little more meditation time to generate the kinetic energy however once in the "zone" it is almost effortless.
Ok. So I haven't been able to move anything, I have just started meditating. I can get to the point of meditation where I literally don't even feel my body and I can feel like nothing, like an object. However, my throat area down to my upper chest area are in pain when I am in this state. This is the only thing keeping me from feeling like... nothing. I feel that only after I get rid of this pain, I can meditate properly and start to connect to objects and move them. I know this pain comes from stress, and I feel it even when I am not meditating but its more obvious when I am meditating. I am totally relaxed when I meditate except for this area. It is so strange. I don't know how to meditate and get rid of stress? I don't know what is wrong though, that is the only part of my body that feels stress. Any suggestion?

Try connecting your consiousness to everything all that is arround you. Detachment means detaching from the ego and the fears the ego projects. Remember breath from your diaphram in out yin yang. Intention attention detachment from the result connection to the energies arround you.
Ive been working on Chi manipulation mainly, over the last three days ive come to understand that concentration is paramount. b4 my energy was in time with my breathing, i realized that was because i expected it to, now i know it is purely concentration that keeps it there. Last night i had a life changing experience, tried a trance technique after opening chakras meditation and third eye visualisation. technique is say your name in your head as you breathe in, say trance as you breathe out. when you feel yourself slipping under change the word trance for deeper, concentrating on breath and words. this technique took me to a deeply altered state, MUCH more psychadelic than a mushroom or salvia trip, not exaggerating at all. so if you want to try it, do it where you wont be disturbed, i was laying in bed, my brother watching tv, it didnt stop me blasting of but it sure had the potential to scare someone less prepared than i. Unlike psychadelics you can pull yourself out of it. but its very similar to hypnosis in that suggestion is reality, so know your intent and follow it through. with scattered intent i found myself exsisting all over the place as if i was hundreds of people spinning. at one point i tried to communicate with someone i know who is dead, not completely new to me, but in this state when i made contact at first i thought i was being possessed and then i thought i was having a spontaneous DMT experience and might suffer from heart attack any minute because my heart was nearly jumping out my chest. I had to open my eyes, close them again and concentrate on my breathing and then i was relaxed but still way out in space. I learned infinite amounts in an hours jouneying, this is the perfect state for learning psi ability or anything else. i learned the clockwise motion to the extreme by spinning around and around whilst laying completely still:) hard to stop too! :p i plan to program myself to remember every dream i have for the rest of my life also. Anybody got ideas about shielding oneself from harm when dealing with 'the other world'? neccessary? techniques? my wiccan mate suggested thinking about it. i made a shield technique for negative influence, which simply uses the energy coming at you to hold it back and feed your shield.
ok i know this is kinda off the wall but i havent been online about my powers in a long time and i was wondering if anyone knows somewhere they do psychic battles online? any help would be greatly appreciated.
