I viewed some other web pages on this kind of stuff and I'm kinda confused. I don't really understand what the energy feels like. How do I know if I'm moving it through my body, what am I looking for?
Also I understand that there is muiltple forms of kenesis, such as pyrokenesis. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried minipulating light in the same way. Seems to me that if your good enough you can render an object invisible, but you would need to know alot about light to do it.
Light has some characteristics of a particle and some of a wave. It stands to reason one could manipulate the source of light to create a pulsing effect. There is also an effect of manipulation of zero point energy that is called spontainious light emmission.
