Shirak is working on a pk mindset video it may be helpfull Ill post it when its released. otherwise have a look through the forum many of the members have contributed some very excellent techniques. They are only a click away.

Thanks for the info Ro btw i didn't mention i'm sort of really a noob at electro i found out about it a year ago but started about a month ago (properly anyway) and theres one thing bothering me for some reason when i try the lightning visualisation but no electricity comes to me i've tryed for two weeks but not working anyone got another visualisation techniques someones that work better lol

I don't know how reliable that visualization is as I have not done it. however I do know that you can effect electrical equipment there are pages of historical documents on people who can do just that :)

Yes Revan I have all these documents unfortunatly they are not on the internet they are in old books I collect from second hand shops Readers Digest does some nice accounts in a few of their books.

Revan if I could I would two things firstly I would not want to infring on the copyright of these authors but also they are in book format. This is a really good oportunity for you to start your own psionics library. I myself pick the best one and their from the 70's 80's from second hand bookstores I always take the opportunity to pick them up when I can they are exellent reference sources and good historical documents.

I have been getting all sorts of interesting side effects since starting EK One thing I have kept in mind is that electricity and em fields is not always visible. I think that to work with em fields you must find a device to train with. As for shooting litning bolts I am unsure of how one would proceed a bolt of electricity like that would most assuridly burn the users flesh which the higher mind within oneself is probably aware of. If you feel you are full of energy perhaps this is chi look into focal excercises to manifest this energy. biggrin

At work today I was working late in a an area waiting for backup before starting my job (two guards) They were late I began to get broiled. As I traversed the stairs Street light next to me went out then as I walked across the platform the streetlight in front of me went out.

I know this could be explained as coincidence however they took such a long time I decided to wait in my car. As I listened to the radio it really started to fuzz out and there was nothing I could do to clear the previously clear signal.

The guards arrived and I went about my work. Finishing later and feeling better about it. I looked to the lights that had gone out both were now on showing no sign of flicker. I observed them for some time realizing my radio had clarified.

I have been training with em fields I wonder now If perhaps the Aura/biofield is tied in with my emotions. Typically I do not use emotion during training.

Hey, I'm new here and i dont really know what im doing, im really interested in EK as ive heard its very powerful and probably useful too but im not sure how to start off. ive moved the psi wheel once after about 2-3 mins and kept it going for about 1 min but i havent been able to do it again, i think im just too stressed. but anyway i was wondring if you could suggest any good training techniques for begginers at EK. Thanks alot! ^_^

Why not propose an achievable experiment to learn a base skill ie pulsing and we can provide feedback there are a few on this forum. By setting one up and talking a bit about it we can all comment or suggest.

Thanks for the suggestion and support, the main thing i need help with is im not really sure how to control EK, is it just visualization, or is there a certain type of meditation i need to practice? Ive tried vizualizing a bit but i havent managed to affect anything with EK yet.

Also, im not sure if many people on this forum practice with Psi energy but ive been trying to create psi balls lately and im convinced that im confusing biofeedback with psi energy so i was wondering if you know how i can get passed the biofeedback and focus on manipulating the energy and i was kind of wondering if biofeedback has any useful applications?

Sorry for all the questions but i really appreciate your help.

The em field disruption requires a plasma ball and an am radio or a current tester used by electricians and tradesmen use to find wires in walls. Also flame pulsing foes good with radio pulsing.
