Thanks Wyrm, it seems very straight forward and helpful. It sounds easier than I imagined. They said it takes less concentration than telekinesis, so hopefully I'll have some success with this after a couple weeks of practice.
It's very windy outside these days, cold wind too. It's not easy to focus on PK outside because the wind chills to the bone. It would be ideal weather if I already had experience with the technique so that I would be able to control the winds without needing to get a feel for the first experience first.
@Tranceffect257: Here the wind is quite cold as well. Wouldn't stand still for more than a couple of minutes with wind outside. Although progress hasn't been too fast for me this way, I usually attempt to create windshields, apply stasis or change wind direction while walking to school or back home.
I guess some of these techniques could be practiced in the presence of a fan as well or otherwise indoors.

Hey guys, this has got to be the best anime I've ever found on the subject of aerokinesis; in fact it's the whole premise of the show. I'm watching it now, it's a little slow at 1st if you are used to action anime, but it really worth watching fir how deeply they get into aerokinetics:)

owltwelve o.o if u want a great anime about kinesis users o.o watch "Needless" o_o its funny.. action... informative o.o it sometimes even tells u how they use fire and ice in the anime o.o with scientific explanation.. it might help u to visualize ^^

I tried one of the medatations on that website i found, and i felt an odd sensation. When i breath in now, i feel every molecule of air within me and where it goes in my body. Another thing is the wind responds when i am passive, when i am medatating and i have a lot on my mind the wind stirs, but when i am calm in mind the wind doesn't move. It's also becoming easier for me to focus and will the wind. I am still working on a psi ball...no so good at that yet. When i get more visable response i will post a video.

Hey Wyrm, I'm not sure how quickly you can call wind while outdoors, but the ability to do it without a delayed reaction helps a lot. For me training with a high powered fan indoors was a major key. It is really important that it's a high powered fan rather than a normal one, for simulating the air forces you are looking for. These are some of the steps I took:
Entrainment
So if you haven't already, what I did was learned to apply the stasis field on a pinwheel toy, with the fan blowing at it's strongest speed. I kept this going all day every day for weeks & months; my mind was thoroughly entrained to wind frequency oscillations, both actively & passively. I began to feel a very strong biofeedback from the movements of the air itself, as well as objects passing through the air. It was like feeling the wake of something moving through water.
Precision
I challenged myself to control wind direction & velocity in tight spaces. First, I learned to alternate stasis fields with multiple pinwheels. Then I would put the pinwheels together & get them to spin in opposite directions. After this I added the RyTy for cross wind training. This not only helped me learn to create strong up & down drafts, but by placing it close & perpendicular to the pinwheel, I added an important step for air psiball formation(spinning air in cross motion). If you don't spin the air, it may not concentrate the power enough, and if you don't cross spin it, you will be making a mini tornado rather than a ball. Once mastering these indoor air control skills, there was a profound effect on what I was able to do outdoors.
Two more important indoor steps, are control movement & stasis with a fan blowing on a ping-pong ball. This can help you control air spinning in free flow wind conditions. The second an a very challenging stasis skill, is setting up a psi_wheel in front of a fan, & keeping it from blowing off the pin when the fan is a full force in front of it.
Anyway, these methods may help you to build an air psiball. Make high powered psiballs with wind involves entrainment experience with stronger air forces than the fan or typical winds & breezes. I became a lot stronger with aerokinesis, by training in storms. You will have much more kinetic energy to work with & entrain. During a 30mph winds or more, you will be able to move very heavy objects with wind. If you experience this enough, you may be able to summon these wind speeds from memory of the feeling.
Anyway, I hope you find this helpful:)

I saw this toy at the electronics store, and decided to research it, because I thought it might make for a great aerokinesis trainer. It's pretty cheap at less than 30 dollars, so I will pick one up after work tonight & test it out:)

Yeah I'm happy it's so cheap. I have to wait till tomorrow morning to pick it up but it looks promising to me. It also reminds me of your plasma ball magnetic field shielding experiments. Since it has a collision detector; I'm hoping I can build air wall constructs for repulsion control:)

hmm interesting stuff going here. anyways here is a techniques of main for aero. this is to make wind go into one direction. imagine all the wind(or the space where is the wind is) being this lots of huge molecules that you can see. now imagine them being pushed by incredible winds into the direction you want to. I imagine them round. so i imagine the wind being lots of round things/balls then they get pushed into the direction i want them to do be pushed by 'wind' it self. anyways you just have to imagine the balls moving:D im good at visualising so it comes veyr easy to me. sometimes if im in a room it is so strong that i can feel it on my skin :D but outside i find hard to do anything 'visible' or that i can spot/feel. good luck guys :D
