Hi there, very new to all of this.


Hi, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Damian, here's a little bit about why i went looking for this forum.

For years I refused to believe in any form of kinetic energy other than direct contact.
Yesterday morning I woke up to a scratching sound coming from my desk, on top of it several pens were shuffling around and I had no clue what to make of it, there was no earthquake.

well did some searching on google which lead me to believe psychokinesis was the right one. I looked into it and stumbled onto the psi wheel, which did nothing at first. but after 4 hours of meditation I noticed it was picking up on my psionic activity, and would keep moving unless I cleared my mind of all thoughts.

I've been training with a psi wheel for nearly 18 hours and can now control two moving in opposite directions.

i was wondering if there is any more i can learn here, such as new techniques. my new found abilities are shocking and strange (to me) to say the least and i want to improve my state of consciousness and new life as a psychokinetic.

I'm truly interested in pk studies and practice, this forum looks pretty slow though, next time a mod is on, if you read this could you please get me started with ideas of what to do after the psi wheel? i've been at it for almost 21 hours now and i can do 4 at the same time all rotating same direction, or patterned.

i've felt my energy level rising very quickly since i first discovered it, please, i need to know more about who i am* and what all of this means

Hi Damian,

Seeing as you have started with the balance wheel an have refined the spin technique you can begin with push pull or lift.

Push pull involves a post-it or piece of paper on the desk in front of you be aware that heaving breathing through the nose can cause surface wind so be careful where you direct the breathing. Next fold the post-it or paper slightly and stand it up. Without explaining the mechanics of what is going on  I will tell you to focus on the whole piece of paper. Consider these two feels force,push hot,male This is Yang. Yield, cool open relaxed absorbing Yin.

Hold hands roughly 5 10 cm apart if you use hands and with the back of the fingers facing the paper keep the paper 20 or more cm away. point the fingers from both hands together relaxed with forefinger facing forefinger etc.

Take note of the paper direct your intention towards it. visualize what you want to happen. Feel connected to it. There is only this task. You will become aware of a buzzing feeling between the fingers and palms of your hands this is your biofeild creating resonance. Allow your attention to expand there is a place called the gap between thoughts in the mind where you can access the higher mind seek this state.

Now attention on the paper generate the yin feel. (please note you should practice existing in a yin state before beginning so that you can create this state without to much effort.
Once yin state is activated depending on what polarization your biofield is in the paper will either push away from you or pull towards you. Typically it should pull towards you.

It is the same effect you are using on the spin wheel however you are applying it differently. Through time you can apply this to playing cards then larger objects. There are tutorials and help for lift technique which as far as I know is still very sporadic and I have not been able to sustain yet. Check the specialization section and let me know how you go with push pull. As always you should modify the above biofield technique to suit your own understanding and comfort level.

I hope this helps there is no substitute to several days of honest practice.
