Anything really, but the psi_wheel being almost frictionless is a great place to start:)

It's a great skill, but it's different than moving it with free flowing kinetic energies in the environment. Don't force yourself into frustration to prove something to skeptics though. If your goal is TK superpowers, when would you ever find yourself in a vacuum? I do train in a vacuum environment, but I gave myself the opportunity to develop confidence & skills 1st:)

Confidence is the operative word; you might be a prodigy that can do it under glass right away, but make sure you are giving yourself a reasonable chance to succeed:)

Of course it' great if you're spinning it under glass! You don't need anyones say so on how you should train though. This is very subjective man:)

Push / pull would be fun, I'm yet to get the knack of it though. It would be cool to open and close doors, pick objects across the room and stuff.. smile

I like chattering on the threads - it's as if there were automated chat logging with search functionality.

The psi_wheel is push/pull training, & can also be lift training. Even though I can move heavier things now; I still train with the psi_wheel:)

Owltwelve is right. Don't be worried about PK-ing under glass. It can really knock your confidence when things aren't going well. Train the way YOU want to train, and not how you think OTHER people think you should be training. PK training should always be fun/interesting :))

I have just this very hour been training in PK push. 40 minutes training to be exact. I have discovered a technique of connecting to my higher self, which seems to cause the standing piece of foil to be knocked down, without me really consciously thinking about doing it. It's a bit hit 'n' miss (more miss than hit). It also goes against all my previous training (& thinking), where I thought I was supposed to be making a conscious sustained effort to achieve the desired result. I will continue to test this new technique further.

The last 2 days or so I have begun to think of myself, my true self, as a spirit. A spirit dwelling in a body. A spirit with potential God-power. I have also in the last few days finally begun chi kung / energy work, and very soon I will begin chakra work, starting at my root chakra. It is my aim to raise my consciousness to higher levels.

Just thought I'd share that with you. Peace & happiness to all of you my fellow psions :)

I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but why not use a 'Pendulum' for Push/Pull? Great facts for it too!

1. In the air with loose energy flow, meaning easier to move.
2. Simple to build(search for many useful tool suggestions).
3. Shows perfect sign of movement when blown on(so have no open drafts anywhere)
4. Hang this anywhere you go! Just as long as your not where there's a draft in that room of course. Plus, some people would think 'Wtf is he/she doing???'. So I guess not everywhere you go.

The bed thing is, we don't have anything of that sort here unless I borrow a fishing weight and about 2 - 3 feet of fishing line from my bro. Bad thing is, he's hardly ever home to ask, lmao. So I might just, 'take' a few feet... >.>

Pendulums hmm. Cavalorn did some extensive experimentation into the effect of pk on pendulums. He was a computer programmer and also developed a retropsychokinesis program Ill add the links below. Very interesting reading I really think it will help you Sting :)

Have a look at his logs and findings starting 13th of March 2008 it would be good to have someone continue resarch in this field.
