Inspired by higheriam's questions about constructs; I thought it would be cool to have a topic devoted to sharing construct experiences & ideas. I think it would really be cool if constructs could be given names, & as an artist I could even do some fun drawings or 3D animations for constructs which become popular. Also, it's cool if your constructs are not for PK, as I also have mind influence constructs. I will start off with a couple of mine.


Air Pillar

Once you are familiar with moving the air around or calling gusts. Instead of using that force to blow trees, bottles ect., you focus your attention into maintaining the wind itself, and shaping it into a mini tornado, or solid pillar.

Caution - once you are good at this, you may be able to build storms, which can be dangerous for you, if you haven't also learned Wind Body, or some other shielding technique.

Air psiball


Hand Projection - I form two or more air pillars into stable  self sustaining velocity. I then siphon they're air forces into a psiball between my hands. Which can then be projected for greater force than the psiball you are used to.

The same can be done from the third eye, but requires more self thought control

Compressed Air:

I thought I should write more in detail how I go about making the compressed air body/aura. It is my belief that once the third eye is open, that reality tends to reflect the mind. With this in mind, I would also say that an important part of training is imagination, dreams and day dreaming. There should be a balance between apparatus training and mind's eye training, because apparatus training alone can lead to fatigue, frustration, & the reinforcement of bad habbits. The third eye projects expectations. As I wrote in my first journal posting I had an intense dream back then of creating a psi_ball from four pillars of wind or narrow tornados. This air psi-ball was so dense that I could barely move my arms. I awoke from the dream feeling residual tension. This dream created an expectation in my mind that the wind would respond to my intention.

Wind body tutorial:

1. Practice the pinwheel stasis field for a few weeks, and develop a strong wind entrainment.

2. Practice summoning wind gusts from dead air, or changing wind direction of already moving air.

3. Focus the wind on blowing small objects litter on the ground maybe, or individual tree branches. Prehaps get the wind to spin an object like a psi_wheel.

4. Once you are used to summoning wind reliably, begin to practice swirling the air around your body like a mini tornado(it helps if you can remember what a heavy wind feels like, and take the time before practice to day dream about this experience before hand).

5. Once you have mastered the body tornado(easier than you think; spiral the wind in the directon which was most natural for you with the psi_wheel). Begin to focus on spiraling the wind around individual limbs and eventually even fingers without decreasing the air force. I developed the idea for this stage from my bone marrow chi gung training. In this type of chi gung, there is a lot of focus on spiraling energy through the bone marrow. Anyway, the principles work very well with the wind also. After training this way for a few weeks, it became an automatic reflex for me, similar to the way many energy workers automatically heat up their bodies in cold weather after having trained for some time.

6. In my current stage, the wind body/aura has consistency, without requiring so much focus. So far the benefits are that I am successfully experimenting with greater range & density. The other big plus seems to be a diminished or lack of time lag for summoning wind.

I have no doubt that these techniques would be applicable & adaptable to other energies:)


Containment Field


Once you can create the compressed air around the body, you can project this bubble into a containmet field for things in motion. Stasis field training helps with this greatly. When you can perform contolled movement & stasis with a ball from air forces; you have the beginnings of the contaiment field

An example: I had a very stable control of the compressed air field around my body today; A very solid air shell 6-8 feet around me, blowing trees I as I walked by them. Across the street I saw a man blowing bubbles from a gun blower. at 1st I redirected the bubbles in the directions I choose. Then I projected a duplicate of my bodys air shell to create a containment field for the bubbles, and it worked great! Those bubbles were not moving or popping. The containment field kept filling up, I was really tranced out standing there, when I snapped out of it some people were staring & looking at me funny:)

First of all. great thread and 2nd thanks for the great construct descriptions. I want to say that constructs have been really effective for me and I wanted to share a brief description of the cloud bursting construct I use.

Ok I just want to say that I love the rain and would only apply this if I needed some dry time. It is tropical or wet season in Australia where I live right now so very wet all the time. And when it rains it really does rain. I almost got flooded on the weekend.

Cloud bursting construct:
Prerequisites: An ability to entrain to atmospheric pressure water and air. An ability to project intention. A realization that we have potentially limitless potential.
Visualization skills.

1. Target an area in the sky above you. You become that area you are both here and there. There is no separation this is a partnership. There is no forcefulness this is a partnership.

2. Visualize a ball of energy in the centre of the target cloud begin seeing force ripples in your minds eye clearing the water from the area of the ball. I make mine quite large like when you throw a pebble in a pond.

3.Focus on the connection let the visualization play out. feel the connection you are there though you are here they are simply different expressions of a consciousness you share with all energy. As the feeling of connection builds start pushing the intensity attach this intensity to the visualized ripples. You know this is already taking effect.
I would describe it as similar feeling to radio pulsing and flame pulsing when you push the intensity. However here you are pulsing using waves like on a pond that are already clearing the sky.

4. Take a break from consciously doing this entrust your higher mind to continue. Allow your mind to return to this feeling as appropriate. You will see a hole in the sky within 3-5 minutes above your head or at the target area.

Wow Shirak, I have the water ripple construct as well, though I think it's more of an observation or experience in certain states. I will work on punchin holes in clods this week!

I want repost some constructs I frequently use in the world:)

Inertial dampening fields

A kind of energy dispersal which works very much like stasis fields. Very helpful if you are traveling in a vehical, falling or moving too fast.

Much like wind stasis, you need to expand your consciousness into the kinetic force in motion & then symathetically silence it. The way I do this, is after I've made the connection convincing myself that the force is a part of my nervous system. I then slow or stin my body/mind, & the inertia is then dampend. I often apply a dampening field around me while riding the train, so I don't have to hold on.

Stealth/Invisibility

Another skill you can practice with kids is invisibilty. What, how do you do that!?! This is a chi gung wilderness survival technique. It's from observing successful animal hunters like spiders & tigers(An adult crocodile can go two years without eating) . It involves conserving valuable energy, by being still and quiet, to the point of not being obvious to the five senses of others. What happens is that your aura shrinks to such a small point that prople will think you are the furniture. When chi gung masters would practice this, dinner would literally sit in there lap. Anyway, once learned, peaceful/helpful ways to practice include catching a cat or bird that got out of the house or went up a tree. A really good way to train it is to play hide & seek with kids. The thing is to stay is plain sight, and watch them run right by you. It's pretty funny:)

Atmospheric Density


This construct though occuring naturally for me seems to not only be a great walking meditation technique, but has enhanced PK strength a great deal for me. Focus on your heart chakra for a while, and eventualy allow this chakra awareness to expand outwards into the atmosphere in the room. Feel this atmospheric awareness touching everything in the room from end to end, rebounding back toward your heart chakra like a standing wave. The atmosphere should begin to feel like a fluid, which it is, but gradually allow it to become more and more dense. The rebound should move in 360 degrees from the heart center, & will get stronger the more you use it. It should feel something like this:

Some constructs that I've been using:

Rainshield

When it's raining and I don't want to get very wet while walking home, I would either visualize a transparent umbrella above me or a dome of transparent plastic around me. During the walk, I would visualize the sound of raindrops hitting the umbrella or dome and dripping down around me.

Although I haven't managed to hold up a shield that would block all raindrops for an about 30 minute walk, the probability of being hit by raindrops has remarkably lessened. For some reason, the dome has seemed to be more efficient than the umbrella.

Detector shield

Sometimes when I need to find something or scan for incoming cars behind the corners, I use this one. I would visualize or intend for what I'm looking for, then form a dome inside the chest and increase it in diameter, encompassing the area to search in. When it hits the object, I feel the direction, distance of the object and sometimes even get a visual of its surroundings.

For incoming cars, it works more-or-less automatically. It can also be practiced inside the kitchen for finding forks, spoons or hidden food in the fridge.

Body coolant

Stuffed too heavily in thick blankets or hot clothing, I sometimes visualize my clothes or blankets filled up with cold water and penguin shaped ice cubes swimming around. When visualized clearly enough, it can keep one from sweating and catching cold.

The sensory nature of your constructs are very easy to connect to Sussch! I have my on rain protection construct, but your method of hearing the sound of the raindrops really resonates with me. I also, think I can adapt your Detector Shield into my Atmospheric Density construct! Thank you for sharing:)

iŽd like to ask , and feel free to delete this post if its not suitable post for the  construct conversation.

how do u guys refer to - for example - music , where we like to listen and sing over and over songs of our favorite bands , which carry specific words , and specific mood ...

many times the words are counter productive (to say the least ) especially in rock music (which i love ) but , the melancolic or depressive messageŽs that are carried - can those serve as thought forms/constucts that condition/trap us in a deeper level ? , since we put so much energy ,focus ,attention and feelings into it ?

it feels like everything is kind of fast food for the mind - the tv ,the movies ,just bad addiction.. must one shut him self from all media in order to go all the way out of this mind conditioning of ours ?

You are talking about memes/word viruses, which I guess you could say are a kind of construct which are not limited to rock music. You can learn to control your own mind as you see fit though:)

The looping nature and repetitive chorus lyrics act as an entrainment construct the vibrations produced entrain to our memory cells and because of the value or filters we apply to certain words this entrainment effect of the music can affect our body and mind mood for better or worse. This can even be conveyed to the higher self. This is why some music gives the kundalini effect and others deep sadness.

An old friend of mine at work was studying music therapy for Autistic kids and found it worked quite well.

Untitled healing technique

I visualize something like a 3D X-ray image of the area I want to heal. On the image, I associate red color with "unhealthy" and green, blue or white with "healthy". According to the configuration, I start seeing red and green, blue or white spots on the image. I can then rotate the image, zoom in / out and visualize either red spots changing into healthy color or healthy colored spots spreading and growing. When all unhealthy-colored spots have replaced with healthy colors and it no longer takes any effort to keep all spots with healthy colors, I usually consider it done.

This is the method I usually use for healing myself. It takes quite a lot of focus and might even take hours, but it seems to work well.

Vibration healing

This is a method I've only managed to use once or 1.5 times so far. Anyway, here goes (off the blog):

Visualized a hand growing out of my energy field. I think it was from the chest that I first started stretching it out from. I stretched it higher and higher, expanding the source of the hand until it covered the whole body. Stretched the hand through the air, ceiling, upper floors, atmosphere, solar system and out of the Milky Way. I think I would've gone further if I didn't start wondering what the heck I was doing biggrin.

Quite a lot of energy gathered in the hand and through the hand to my body. Gradually contracted the hand back to my body and used it to make density waves in my energy field. It reminded me of what wobbling my hand in water would feel like (or on the surface of the water if the surface were 3d). The waves were of low amplitude (perhaps around 1 cm) with about the frequency of 2 Hz.

With these waves, I washed energy channels and their openings clean of blockages. This method also provided a feedback - flushing blockages around in channels caused pain and discomfort in my body.

In order to speed up the cleaning process, I located the points where I felt pain or discomfort and visualized blockages evaporating into thin white steam of energy and rising out of the body.

Those are great healing constructs Sussch! Definately keep using them, & get faster & faster. I've decided to keep training with weather systems for the same reason:)

These healing techs can help me with alot of stuff, so not many more doctor visits for me as far as I can see. Also, I found this healing tech almost everywhere I go, but I don't think I saw it anywhere here. Might as well post it. :P

Healing Tech:

Simply start out with making a basic psiball of the size of the wound, or scar(if you want to). Now just program the psiball to move to the location of your scar or wound, and take out all of the bad energies, and replacing it with the good and better. Have it MEND the wound back together. See it mend the wound without much hesitation.

I heard this technique can cure others over the world, long distances, and even inside the body! I haven't got any success with it cause I'm still trying to make a psiball(lolz. still working on the basic of all pk and energy manip. XD). Though I did meet quite alot of people who actually tried this with succession. I hope it becomes useful to you guy's too! wink

EDIT: Also, I don't think thats quite enough for this technique, but if you tweak it in anyway it works for you, go ahead, and make the post! :)

I think i have come up with a construct to help you in immediate danger. I've taken some martial arts and i always had the problem that when i practice i stretch my muscles and then practice. Though in a real situation your muscles would be cold and thus can't preform as well as normal. Here is my idea for a construct, imagine your psi energy flowing through your body, and then find one word that works for you. After you find that word, you can mental shout it or physically shot it and as you shout imagine all those psi channels bursting into flame washing over your body giving you the energy to continue on. I don't know if it will help, but I've had a lot of ideas recently and i need to figure out if they work. Try this out if you so wish it ^_^

While walking on slippery ice-covered roads, I have often been using the following construct:

Spiky boots

I visualize strong and long pyramid-shaped spikes coming out of the footing of my boots. I imagine what these spikes would look like, how it would feel like for them to penetrate snow, ice and asphalt and how it would help me with friction while walking around (how I would feel it helping me while walking).

At the same time, I focus on a cushion of psi pushing me forward and helping me move fast.

Great Sussch! Spikey Boots reminds me both of Green Lantern constructs, & Yongchuan Breathing as well. During rooting applications, martial artists often use a screw construct drilling into the earth for stability:)

@owltwelve: It's actually a 3 years old construct, but I think Green Lantern, Yongchuan Breathing and a random focus exercise while meditating helped me upgrade the material and strength of these spikes.

Using screws sounds like an interesting idea. I wonder what could be used for climbing trees. Haven't figured out a good construct for that yet. Perhaps the same spikes or screws with a really strong cushion of psi behind the back would help some. Though, I think that there should be an easier method for this.

I have tried the following for a few times without much of a success:

Lie back on the bed and take a cross-legged posture as if sitting on the wall with face towards the ceiling. Then visualize the feeling of gravity pulling against the wall instead of bed. The feeling should be quite easy to acquire, but I haven't been able to amplify the feeling enough to actually stick to the wall and be able to crawl up yet.

Hey guys this is not really a construct, but it is my most powerful technique. I consider this to be the foundation of everything I can do psionically.

Hyper-Empathy
: Leads to enhanced empathy, telepathy, clairaudiance, energy awareness, PK, psychometry, remote tactile awareness, Parakayapravesh(entering the bodies of others).

Stage one: get a nice photograph of a place indoors or outdoors, could even have a person in it. Then focus on feel the texture & weight of things in the environment of the photo. Allow yourself to hear the sounds, & feel the air pressure, the temperature; immersing yourself as much as possible until you can eventually walk around in the photo.

Stage two: you follow the same steps as in stage one, except you use a short video(10min or less). It could even be a youtube video, but you want to loop it so you won't get distracted, & you can do the same training you did with the photo. Eventually, you want to be able to walk around in the video, & experience it as though you are physically present in the videos location.

Stage three: same as stage two, but the goal of this is to find a random video, with a candle flame or wind blowing, & try to influence the kinetic motion.

Stage four
: same as stage two, except make sure the video has someone in it who's talking or moving, and try to influence what they will say or do. You can see if they react to being tapped on the shoulder; you can send them a telepathic message etc. The important thing for this to work is that it has to be a video you haven't seen before, though it can be by someone you already have a psychic connection with.

Stage five: While going for a walk, remote touch everything that you see just as you did with the photo in stage one. The only difference, is that you are doing it live. When you're good at this you may be able to tap people remotely.

Stage six: Using a looping video again, making sure there is a person in the video, walk around inside & then allow yourself to experience everything which happens in the video from the perspective of the person there. Experience what they are wearing; they're motivations, they're body mass, everything you can consider. To master this, loop the video until you know it from the persons perspective backward & forward. Then do the same routine with a few other videos. Challenge yourself to mix it up with varying body types & species(male/female, young/old, small/large, plant/animal).

Stage seven: While out for a walk randomly jump into flashes of experience from the point of view of others. For me this began as awareness of partial body sensations of others(how someones shoes felt, the weight of a bag on their shoulder, snippets of partial conversations, a hug others were having etc). Eventually though, I started having full blown body awareness of random people, & then a couple month ago while on the train, I found myself aware of three people at once.

Anyway, this technique if nothing else may enhance you PK greatly. It's really based on resonance with what you are focused on. Another way to put it, would be entrainment or rapport. I think what happens when I do this is a kind of OBE. Though the funny thing about OBEs in my opinion, is that I don't believe we are actually exiting the body. What I mean by this is that, I think we're not in the body in the 1st place. I think are just focused on the body. So what may really be going on is a sort of consciousness shift to another perspective.
