Well, now IŽll skip to the real subject of the thread. Some days ago, I had a dream that I could move a stress ball (which I really do have) with alot of easiness. So in the other night, I tried to move my stress ball, as the dream give me the idea to try it. The thing is, I could move it with such fluidity (from total stop point), that I couldnŽt believe my eyes. I could move it almost as in the dream. I mean, I could move it without much effort, it was almost movie-like lol. I tried to levitate it, and I could see the contact area of the ball with the table getting alot smaller, as if it was indeed lifting. I felt a really strong conection to the stress ball, and could "feel" its movements, as if we were one. Than day after day, I was training to do it again, but my control over the stress ball seemed to go decreasing, till now, I barely can make it budge. And its REALLY frustrating considering the point where I started with it, since I thought it would improve alot as I could already do that, instead of losing my ability. So my point is, can dreams act like an "recharge" for pk abilities? Or is there another thing going on on what I told here?
Hi Einheerjar, welcome to the forum. I would say that dreams aside, the ability aspect of PK & Psionics in general seem to be inherent to everyone. So, what I can say from my own experience is that PK seems to behave more like a skill. Assuming this is true, which I thik it is; it's not a matter of loosing ablility as much as possible diminsishing skills & performance issues. This is somethings people must deal with no matter what the skill is. I have been an artist for about 30 years, & sold paintings for lots of money, yet somedays I could swear I had forgotten how to draw.
Concerning dreams though, I have also learned a great deal from dreams & been able to apply the understanding gained to PK. Though sometimes this is not the case. If you aren't doing it already, it may benefit you to keep a daily dream journal recording every detail, and go to bed with the intention of gaining PK insight.
Something I do when I feel as though PK skills ar weakening, is to rewatch my own videos if I've made them, & relive the experience usin all 5 senses until the sort of muscle memory/psychic imprint comes back to me. You can also do this with the videos of others using what call Hyper-Empathy, or jumping into the body experiences of others. This is also an inherent ability of humans since your brain has mirror neurons. If in the cas of your stress ball, no videos exist; you will have to rely on reliving your own memory, going as deep as you can. It may help to write down every detail of the experience, as you may remember details when writing about it that don't come to you off the top of your head. Relivive the experience with all sense & emotions as you can until you are such a deep trance, that you have forgotten present reality. This can be a bit like waking up within a dream...hey maybe this is a dream too:)
