Passive Psychokinesis Training - Light bulb geisting!

Today after a long day of cutting grass at my girlfriends house and other activities, im finally at home. Tired, hungry and a little frustrated over the day I had. I went in my room for a minute to look for something and I decide to having a very brief training session with the paper pendulums. The "pendulums" I am speaking about are just paper in the shape of a triangle and a square that help me see my psychokinetic effects. I noticed that as of now my PK abilities are on a very light and small scale. I can move small pieces of paper, but the paper has to have little to no friction with the surface its resting on. I can move and hanging string. My strongest ability to reverse and slow down kinetic energy which is essentially motion, has gotten weaker considerably.

So while passively training with the pendulums in the meditation room I made, the light in my room flickered once again. Now I am not delusional or crazy either and I know that sometimes a light may flicker if any major appliances take a second wind, such as the refrigerator, iron, or the central air for example. What leads me to think that the light phenomena is a product of my psychokinetic training is the frequency of light flickering. When I first got involved with PK training months ago the lights would flicker very often while I would train with the psi wheel. It flickered so much that when I noticed it I became a little concern of the origin of the events that happen everytime I used to train. Many people are afraid of things they dont understand which is perfectly fine. The problem arises when one doesnt have a open mind and try to allow themselves to learn about such things, this applies to anything in life not just the supernatural. I have immensely more knowledge now than I did back when I first started and I know now that the occasional light flickering is caused the energy that I radiate while I train. ShirakOmegaX called this kind of energy reverse waves. I am by no means a pro at this and I still need years of more knowledge under my belt.

As it was stated above, I believe the frequency, or how often the lights flicker in my location while I activate a small psychokinetic effect is not a coincidence. It simply happens to often. The light phenomena is a side-effect of my training. To better know for sure that it is a PK side-effect is to try and train in someone elses house and to take notice of the lights in the room. If they do not flicker then it could be that my light just does that normally. If they do while I train then it is what I believe it to be.

My ultimate goal as of now is to one day be able to consciously make any form of light flicker, dim or simply blow it out. I also aim to learn how to make electronics malfunction. Then I would be closer to the title of a true Electrokinetic , Technokinetic, or Lumokinetic. It doesnt matter how long it takes. Intially I wanted to become a Telekinetic but I see that electrokinesis has many more uses, I guess I kinda got side tracked. Although my ability to slow down or reverse kinetic energy is something that I wont give up and I'll just keep it on the back-burner for now. Kinetic energy is, to put it simply, motion and the energy it creates.

As far as creating, generating, or manipulating electricity, I think this form of EK is dangerous if one doesnt know what they are doing so I have no interest in this ability as of now.

Sorry for making such a large story, I found myself emptying out some of my thoughts Ive built up lately....Please any tips on LIGHT PULSING in apprieciated.
