I think we talked about this before in another thread.

The current setting for the spam filter is set at.

Post-Flood Threshold seconds

The minimum number of seconds that must pass before a user who has posted is allowed to post again. This option discourages abuse of your forum by scripts or malicious spammers.

This is because we have had problems with random retail spammers in the past.

If this is affecting anyone please let me know. If you don't mind spam and would prefer it to be turned off I will do so as well.

The spam filter can stay. Why would you even post a message every 5 seconds anyway? If i write it takes least 5 min (over 30 min on journal ones.).

Ok I was taking this as an unwelcoming gesture. But did a search before jumping to conclusions. I posted only one post and it was thrown in for spam review.  This one got through, no problem.

I noticed some people have had some issues with browsers posting multiple posts. I increased the post threshold to 6 seconds to help. I also noticed that remote viewing photos we had hosted on a 3rd party site have been deleted. I need to solution a forum backup to ensure other data is not lost due to hosting issues outside of my control.
