Not sure if this is the right section but I had to tell all of you about my OBE this morning. I left my body and phased through my bedroom wall. I flew down towards the street and landed by a dog that was on a leash, being walked. I don't know much about dog breeds. But I think it was some type of dane. Like a great dane. Anyway, I tried to get the dog's attention by condensing my vibration so I could be seen by the animal. It worked! It started barking at me even though I guess to everyone else I couldn't be seen. I then went back to my body and went to the window. It was still barking where I appeared to it. It was barking at the air. This to me confirms consciousness outside of the body. This also makes me think when dog's start barking randomly, in some cases, they may be barking at a spirit.
Ascension2012, that is awesome! Was this your 1st conscious exit from the body? Also, I'm sure there are many on the forum who may benefit from the learning the conditions surrounding your experience

It wasn't my first conscious OBE. My first OBE was 10 years ago. The better I get at pk, the easier it is for me to OBE. The night before my last OBE I had knocked over a 10 pound weight using pk.
Congrats assesion. The only time I get obes is when I'm so tired I can easy fall asleep but I force my mind to stay awake. I use to be afraid of this bc I would get into parylsaion. But now it gives me ample oppurtunity to get out. But for me getting out is a rare oppertunity and when I do I get better each time bc I become awatre.
