There is no failure only feedback. Failure is when you stop trying.
So far, I think I'm able to see all the energy around me. It almost looks like little, subtle sparkles in the air if I relax my eyes.
When I was out filming a high school football scrimmage yesterday, when I tried my way to put up a shield, in each direction I looked, I could see a shimmer. I could see the shimmer over the players heads, too. Everyone was pumped up.
Today, I cupped my hands four inches from each other to concentrate energy in the center. I tried to visualize the sparkles all in one spot. Sometimes I could feel a slight tingle in my fingers. Sometimes, I thought I was feeling the tips of my fingers on my other hand. I tried using the energy to consume a card, and then tried to visualize that card as energy to lift it up. It didn't work. I noticed that the white lining of the card began to look as if it were shining. I don't know what that means or if it is an illusion. In any case, I used this illusion to try and relax myself and boost my confidence.
Right now, I feel full of energy for some reason. It's this overwhelmingly happy feeling. It's almost like a caffeine overload, but I haven't had caffeine for a few hours now; I should be crashing. Every time I think of finding this power within me, it's like purpose is being restored in my life. It's that kind of good-natured feeling.
I really like reading the journals and seeing what everyone else is doing now and how they are progressing. Just find any topic you're interested in and post. :) I get overwhelmed with energy sometimes, even if it feels good it can be too much too. It does kind of feel like I had too much caffeine. Also many people who do energy work are sensitive to stimulants. I know I feel more sensitive to everything every day.
I've occasionally tried the Hum Sa. Doing it for five minutes felt like how meditating feels after thirty or so minutes.
I've tried moving a pencap by visualizing energy being breathed into it. I think I moved it just a little bit.
I can feel the energy moving throughout my body and from without during periods of meditation and stillness.
I seem to have the ability to make my body pulsate from inside. I don't know if it has anything to do with the speeding or slowing of bloodflow.
Perhaps some or many of you can relate with my amateur methods of doing this. If you can establish such a connection with me, then you may be able to give me a more "professional" perspective to mold into.
I'm starting to be able to concentrate energy into my hands. It's a bit easier for the right hand. I'm thinking that if my whole body is energy, then I should naturally be able to move energy from one point of myself to another. Moving it outside of myself proves all the more difficult.
Where the attention goes, the energy goes; inside & outside are the same. It seems different because of social conditioning, & because your nervous system gives you bio feedback to validate the effect of your mind on your body. As you concentration gets stronger though, you get biofeedback from the environment as well.
A good exorcize, is to rest your attention on an external object, until you loose subject/object duality. Just focus on an object for long periods of time, & the powers unfold. It's very simple, but no one wants to do it:)

Owltwelve, I've been using your Mooji Delta Meditation track for meditation lately, in conjunction with focusing on a bottle for the duration of the track. What I've found is that after a while, I would be in deep concentration, and it would appear that the bottle was moving, contorting or both at once. Sometimes it would appear to lift, contort, or both. I noticed that, upon concentrating on the bottle, the cap or the label would occasionally "shimmer."
I also noticed later during the track that my heart would beat in what I can only describe as a "streak" throughout my body. During my meditation, it made my whole upper half bob with each beat.
The Mooji mp3, is more of a self inquiry meditation, than a concentration meditation.
In a nutshell, self inquiry in is more about detachment. While concentration is more about absorption. It is better if you pick one or the other. Concentration you could say is better for developing mind powers, while self inquiry is more for enlightenment. I am really oversimplifying it here, but I hope you get the basic idea.

"Also many people who do energy work are sensitive to stimulants" this seems to be true, I never heard this before but it sure would explain a lot for myself.
