Hi guys new to the forum I wonder if anyone can help,
I am forty five years of age.
Since the age of four or five I have been able to mentally and visually change my surroundings at will, here's the thing though !! nothing actually changes and it's as though everything is at a different angle but yet everything remains the same, just like looking through a mirror and everything is backwards.
It's extremely hard to explain something I cannot fully understand myself and for that reason I have always kept it to myself until three months ago when I visited my brother in Australia, he is a holistic counsellor and we spoke about it for hours with me trying to explain how I can do it.
It was extremely frustrating for him until I was able to show him how to do it, he was quite unsettled for a little while and speechless.
He felt the same feeling I do that although everything is the same it is like being backwards.
He wanted to speak to some colleagues in the scientific community about it whilst I was there but I resisted for fear of ridicule for something I feel I cannot explain properly.
I have however spent months researching the internet and cannot find anything remotely close to what I can do.
Have you guys ever came across anything like this ? (please don't laugh)
With consistency and deep focus, I guess the reality / surroundings would show material changes also. Like you visualize a stream of light shining on someone. Then a hole appears in the cloud and the sun comes out, shining on them.
The change in the energy field kind of grows into the objects (or rather, the objects grow out of the energy field). When visualizing a construct of sorts, it could start resonating with people, animals or plants so that they would amplify it and cause it to materialize. The energy would probably never be the same at those places.
One of the most surprising experiences so far:
Meditated and visualized a feeling to bring peace and raise awareness. Designed a flower in my mind, attempting to incorporate this feeling. Then visualized these flowers spreading like mushrooms after the rain.
A couple of years later I found these graffiti flowers everywhere. The similarities with the visualization amazed me.

A stable-minded person will neither hug nor hate the world, he will take things as they come.
i would love to meet someone who can do it the exact same as me (or at least what i experience)
when i showed it to my brother who is very open minded i had to look at a street plan of his area (i don't know why i have to do this i just do) although I only need to show this to explain in sorts how it's done.
with great effort i can do it just by closing my eyes and concentrating.
i took him out and asked him to look at his house which he did and then took him a drive (which is any route and i don't know why whilst focusing on change), upon returning i said to him look closely at your house and the surroundings now (he nearly fainted) and was a bit disturbed, he said it's a mirror image, looks backwards but everything is exactly the same.
i also find it's like everything is backward like in a mirror and take for example my own house, i like it one way over the other, not in a compulsive way but it just feels more harmonious, more welcoming, less family arguments etc !!
i would dearly love to meet a scientist who specialises in this field.
I'm yet to experience stuff becoming mirrored like that.
I guess most of us here are exploring the weird just out of hobby. I don't think I've come to meet any scientists in this field yet. Assuming there are some, they probably wouldn't be funded by the mainstream and the results of their research might not reach the media.

i was fortunate when I showed my brother as he is a holistic counsellor and very open minded to these things.
he does tell me it messes with his head now and again though, i put that down to my experiences as a child aged 6 or so.
i found it really troublesome and for fear of ridicule of these things, bear in mind it was the early 1970's i said nothing but kind of learned to embrace it as my secret.
i do genuinely believe everyone can do it or in fact sees it but for some reason it does not register with them.
sometimes whilst out in the car i know that when i return home my surroundings are not going to be the way i want it and for some reason i cannot change it without going a predetermined route home which i do.
i cannot for the life of me understand why this would make a difference but it does.
what does frustrate me is when i go for say a 60 minute sleep in the afternoon, iwake up mabe three or four times and it keeps changing back and forward, pretty annoying but it seems to wake me up, don't know why though.
Welcome bs1966! It's nice to have someone on the forum, older than me for a change, lol
Your ability sounds to me like a kind of quantum jumping; like you're shifting between parallel realities. I experience this as well, though I usually don't talk about it, though not specifically as mirror images. Most often, it's manipulation of probability. For instance, when I roll dice of flip coins, I see the alternate version very radiantly, as though looking through a window. Then the dice or coins sort of trade places. I have also, more rarely had teleportation & time jump experiences this way.
It can hard to talk about in a way that others, even some psions may relate to. I have been able to explore these other realities in depth by training myself to go out of body. This has also led to the development of other psi skills as well!
Anyway, though I'm not sure if your ability is working similar to my experiences; I would very much enjoy hearing more about yours:)

i use the expression "like mirror images" as i can find no better way to explain how it feels, looks and presents itself.
it was great showing it to my brother as he is so open minded. I would love to share it with close friends at home but I just know by their character they would not be open to it or "get it" which is sad as because i believe we all have this ability.
i thought for a long time it was maybe a brain disfunction causing my mind to play tricks by causing some sort of illusion.
the interesting thing i have found is that in the early years i could not do it at will and had to go a pre determined route to make it happen, sometimes i still have to.
strangely if i look at a map of these routes it involves in some way going in a loop, almost like a complete circle. I wondered for a long time if maybe my mind was struglling to catch up with my surroundings.
to give you an example owltwelve below is a map of where i grew up as a child in glasgow, black X marking the spot roughly of where i lived, now i used to leave my house and go to the left and enter a street called mosspark ave, now to put you in the picture mosspark avenue is a hill wich goes goes up at quite a steep angle leading to mosspark oval which is set very high above sea level looking over the city of glasgow.
okay whenever i went up the avenue to mosspark oval and went all the way around the oval (did not matter if you went left or right) the minute you got back to the avenue and looked down the hill it had all changed, so i wondered for a long time if my brain was just getting confused in some way sort of like an imbalance.
If you are able to get others like your brother to see the changes; that doesn't seem to be subjective confusion. There are many of the opinion, that the foundation of reality is agreement:)

i thought that myself about being able to show someone so it cannot be confusion.
in terms of walking you through the technique shirak i would dearly love to meet a group of likeminded people like yourselves to show them, given that is unlikely because we live so far apart let me give you some ideas.
try finding on google maps a street layout that is fairly accurate and similar to the one above and try it.
as isaid previously, most not all of the time i can do it at will, however sometimes it's just like there is too much interference and yet i don't even know what i mean by that it just doesn't work, what i then do in that situation is close my eyes and visually drive my car through a pre determined route where i live now, come back into the house and sit down where i am sitting, really get in tune with what i am seeing in the living room and open my eyes and hey presto it's the way i want it.
here's what i cannot work out and why, when i sleep at night i get a full undisturbed sleep, however if i go for a nap in the afternoon then every 10 or 15 minutes i wake up and my surroundings are flipping back and forth, it can be a pain in the ass.
i have wondered if maybe the fact that i get a full nights sleep without it happening then maybe it's because my mind is tired, but maybe during the day it's firing on all cylinders so to speak.
update: try this guys i have just done it and follow the instructions carefully. type into google maps MOSSPARK OVAL and then drag the small yellow man and drop him on top the junction of MOSSPARK OVAL where it meets MOSSPARK AVENUE, ok once there look down the hill which is MOSSPARK AVE and really get in tune with what you are seeing, once you have done that then spin around and go around MOSSPARK OVAL, there will be a lot of clicks obviously and it does not matter which way you go, once back at the top of MOSSPARK AVE, stop and look down again and hopefully you will see nothing has changed but its just different.

When you are born the world is actually viewed upside down. Over weeks the brain develops software to see things the right way up.
"Hang upside down for about 30-45 minutes and your brain will stop flipping the images. When you return to standing normally, you will see the images upside down for about five minutes. Your vision will become blurry, and the next time you blink you'll be seeing everything right-side up."
You seem to be able to do this consciousy would love it if you walked us through your technique.

There is no failure only feedback. Failure is when you stop trying.
The idea of having a route away and back in order to manifest changes .. I guess it somehow makes sense.
In this material world, we have the continuity built into our mindset. When we go away (or bring the focus out of that location), then for a moment, the continuity breaks. That's when the changes tend to manifest. Perhaps it's the same, while in the half-dream state.
I guess that might be why some magicians use the veil in their performance.
So far, some of the most amazing pk has occurred either when I've been in the half-dream state or when I'm really focused on something else.

A stable-minded person will neither hug nor hate the world, he will take things as they come.
If you mean scientists, Fred Alan Wolf, comes to mind. Though there are many others, & psions who research personally as well. They don't all take the same approach to describe similar phenomena, but I one may notice common patterns across multiple disciples, & experiences.
yn im 16 and happened to me lots of times. especially from when i started knowing/doing this supernatural stuff. my thoery is that you become more consious hwne that happens. therefore you see the world from another angle, a better angle. well thats just me not sure if its that smae for you:)
