Hi, my name is Oliver and I'm 20 years old. I'm at college (studying computer science) in germany and I've got really interested in Psychokinesis through some videos on YouTube. I'm very sceptic about things but some days before I've got into Psychokineses I was reading a book called "DMT - The Spirit Molecule". There is one chapter which was about the Pineal Gland. This seems to be an interesting part of our body and reading about it changed my view on life a lot. So I investigated Telekinesis further and reached some point where I would really believe it. I started to meditate daily since friday and found out about Telekinesis on the same day. Since then I'm daily trying to get a hand for it. Because I'm so sceptic I don't really know if the spinning was caused by me. On my second day I've got the Psy-Wheel to spin for about 1 minute but I'm still not sure if it was only my breath, which I was trying to minimize. Then about 10 minutes later when i tried to turn the wheel in the other direction I couldn't make it. Yesterday in the afternoon I couldn't make it move at all. I couldn't even be sceptic about it because nothing happend. Just as today. I just can't make it to turn anymore.
Is it importent to meditate for quite some time to get into this? I would really like to know more about Ki, Yin, Yang, Chakras, Chi Gong and Tai Chi. But I don't know where to start. I can't find good suggestions for books. How can i use meditation to find, increase and control Chi, Yin and Yang? Some suggestions would help me, thank you. I've already ordered the book "Psychokinesis - The way of the Psion" from Shirak.
It's also pretty cool to see all the people here which I discovered while watching PK videos on YouTube. How would a meeting of all people who are able to use PK be? Everyone concentrating on one object with combined forces...
I read you don't really need Chi, Yin and Yang for PK but some techniques like fire pulsing seem to use it. So I would rather learn it. If everything comes from your mind, you can improve yourself by "trying" to spin the Psy-Wheel daily?
One more question, how fast can people spin the Psi-Wheel when advanced? Does it make a difference?
I'm sorry for my english and the many questions. I hope you understand everything.

I'm sitting in the bus for almost 2 hours each day. I think I could spend the time well to improve my concentration. Tomorrow I'll try it out. I have no earplugs right now but I will try some too. But they could not be good enough for shielding external sounds. For now I'll use music to overlay disturbing sounds.
It's amazing how PK can work with something like live streaming. There is a small delay and you don't really see the object. It's like showing someone a picture of something.
I just came back from about 1 hour of meditation and I felt some tingles during the session. Not on the whole body though. They were always focused on one spot. I don't know if this is something special. So these things like feeling energy just comes with time? Like I said, I don't have good references.
Edit:
Thank you for mentioning that BlissfulOasis. It's good to know, that pure mind-work can achieve it too. I'll take further investigations though.

Hey Oliver, It's ok to be skeptic, but just know that it will slow you down. Just try not to think if it's true or not. I can't really talk along on Psi-wheel part because i never really did it (because i constantly started to fight over power with myself). It's not really important to meditate, but it helps conditioning yourself for what you are about to do. Can't quite say you don't need Chi etc for flame pulsing. At first it helps to get the feel for it. Kinda like Psi-ball. You feel it, and later it comes naturally.
What i've learned is to learn more about yourself, rather than try to improving PK.
Other's can explain better, they'll probably give way better answers too. :D
Anyways, Welcome to the forum! :)

I would say from my experience, that the deeper your concentration is; the more powerful you PK & other psi skills will be. Keep it simple; cross culturally, development of profound concentration develops powers of mind. Pick any object & focus on it until it engulfs your consciousness. You don't have to try moving the object; just gaze at it, & see what happens:)

I haven't done any real energy work like Psi/Chi balls consistently since Psi Pog was archived so it has been quite a while. It couldn't hurt but you can do PK with or without spending time making Psi balls and working with Chi by itself. Some people find it helps and others like myself just work with the intention. I work with the candle and foil a lot and don't really spend any time trying to work with energy. I just focus on getting into the right frame of mind. Spinning a Psi wheel is basically the same as pulsing a candle or light or radio. It is all about practice.
You could try pk on the clouds. It's fun to dig holes and make cracks in the cloud cover, or to form clouds when the sky is clear. You could also call wind, sunshine, rain- or snowfall.
Another thing that I love to practice during bus / car trips is imagining flying over the road without the help of a bus or car.
Or to feel a couple of meters into the earth or woods and enjoy the feeling of it rushing past.
Visualizing looking behind the next turn has been pretty cool too.
Practicing reading thoughts and influencing the minds of other passengers is really fun too.
For pk, time and distance don't seem to matter. Also, one can feel and influence objects without seeing them.
Feeling and seeing energy comes with time, yes.

I think it is good to use skeptic reasoning however leave that on the bench while you are training. Use it after to analyze results. If you are to focused on being skeptic while training your attention is on something other than the task at hand make sense?

There is no failure only feedback. Failure is when you stop trying.
These are great ideas Sussch! I'll try some of them tomorrow!
Today I was trying to influence a guy sitting in front of me. I imagined that his forehead is itching and thought about it verbally, too. I didn't expect any result because I can't even move the Psy-Wheel. I'm trying to work on my concentration and imagination.
Is it important for PK that you have no thoughts at all? Like starring like a zombie? I think I can't do it long enough. Read something from Shirak or someone else about "intention, attention, detachment". This stuck to my mind. So at first I shall say to myself what I actually want to achieve, then I'll concentrate on the object I want to manipulate and then I'm just concentrating without any thoughts to get my subconscious mind to do the rest?
The total time I spent on concentrating to spin the Psy-Wheel or to stop windmills is about 4 hours. I think I was spending about 30-60 minutes each day since I started. How long do you train usually? After 30 minutes of concentrating, my eyes get tired.
Also I'm doing meditation for about 1 hour each day, more or less. Maybe 6 hours total. I'm not expecting huge results but maybe you have some suggestions how I can train better. At the moment I'm just trying to clear my mind and thinking about some stuff which comes to my mind when meditating.
I really don't expect to get results instantly but I couldn't find much information about the time people spent on it. Some people may say they need 5 years to be able to this but still I don't know how much time they actually invested (hours each day for example). How long did it take you to get noticable results?
Time is individual, really. For me it took about 1.5 months to see the first twitch. Still haven't mastered the psi-wheel, but pk on something else is more fun anyway.
In my opinion, time, effort and skill are not important. I think it's more important to just have fun and experiment with whatever comes to mind. There's nothing more advanced than anything else .. what seems difficult for us, might be a breeze for you.

Alright, thank you. I decided to focus more on working on my mind at first. Mainly through meditation. I think I'm not able to concentrate well enough for PK at the moment. I'm trying to concentrate but after 5-20 seconds I start thinking about something again.
