so recently i have realised that in like 40sec-1:30min i can make heat come out of my hands. well i put my hands together like this:
then i concentrate and create heat. i feel the heat like a 'smoke of fire'. i can feel feel it everywhere around my hands. around 30-40 degrees celsius.
so i dont know about you people. but(im 16:D) i used to have maths tuitions. she used to be a very severe teacher. and she used to come to my house for 2 hours every 2 weeks. so yh every single time. every single time. i after i finished i used to feel like my whole brain is streched to maximum and full with stuff. so about 1-2 years after i discovered that i can stretch some muscles in my brain :d so i imagine stretching this very specific parts of my brain and yes i can feel them, when doing pyrokinesis. at one point i think it almost hurts. if you anyone anything about this please tell me, is it dangerous? is it good? is this what they mean by 'frequencies'?
also what can you people do when it comes to pyrokinesis. i would like to know

The experience you are feeling is probably body heat accumulating because your hands are together; I recommend doing it with your hands a few inches apart.
The sensation you are feeling is simply your brain being worked. This is normal and as such nothing to worry about.
