First of all I wanted to wish everyone a safe holidays on the roads and heaps of good times.
I was listening to an old Christmas carol at the supermarket and as a bit of fun put it in perspective. Santa is a psion construct. Think about it.

He knows if youve been bad or good so be good for goodness sake (Telepathy)
PK at least Alpha level Can levitate a sleigh presents a team of reindeer.
Time Dilation Can travel to every childs house (Though I suspect this is a more of a collective construct or telepathic push to parents)
Transmutation:The ability to create massive ammounts of presents without any sort of supply chain.
Imortality. The ability to stop the aging process.
Body jumping/Astral projecting Perhaps this is how he accomplices his influence through field agents the parents. We know time is different on the astral plane.
