whats the best way to train my barrier psi skill and distance training? With what objects and items should i use? should i be putting a psi wheel under a glass bowl and be concentratingon spinning it? or a ball? what about distance? How do i train distance the best?

thanks that helps a lot. i also have another question i dont see a pint making another thread, i was using chi all day yesterday i was doing tai chi exercises meditation and alot of practice with a psi wheel with distance with hands without hands all that good stuff, but at the end of the day, i lost all of my progress and today as well i can barely budge the psi wheel and when i do i cant even control which direction it goes anymore im getting mixed feelings of chi from my negative end and positive end but i can still meditate(not as well) and focus on a chi ball. ive also tried 'speaking' with a tree although that could be self delusion.

I share moments all the time with plants and trees. Please see my biocommunication videos for reference. Your issue with the psi wheel may only have been an entrainment one. We all have off days. The way forward for me is consistent percistance.
