I try to be uber discrete about my name these days. I am a JREF victim and I can still be googled and messed with from my days of exchanging email with those terrible people.

I just thought of a very insensitive joke that I will keep to myself...

Anyway, how did he victimize you? Is he how I think he is? Unreasonable and unwilling to see the results even when they are in his face? Even going to the lengths of twisting the truth to make sure that the skeptic is always right, so he can maintain his position and reputation?

I'm not a christian anymore, but I don't hate anyone. You can disagree without hate. There are lots of atheists; agnostics, & spiritual people, who just don't feel that Christianity is for them. What's wrong with having another opinion? It seems unfortunate that anyone should force their views on another; whether those views are materialist, or spiritual:)

I agree.

I honestly have no problem with people having different beliefs, including atheism. In-fact I'm fascinated by other peoples beliefs and why they believe them. I have no intention of trying to convert anyone.

I do however have a problem with Tyrannical Atheism and Tyrannical Theism. People who believe that all other faiths should be abolished from the face of the earth. Reason why I have been pointing at atheism, more specifically, Tyrannical Atheism, is one of it's front runners, Richard Dawkins, has openly suggested to all other atheists to not only attack other religions, but ridicule the person who has them as well. He, and the so called 4 horsemen of Atheism, aren't about freedom, they are about hate. I watch their debates, listen to their arguments, and pay attention to their body language. They are driven by hate, and hate, is my issue here. Because it is completely intolerant of others.

So I guess it's just upset me.

So again to make the distinction. Atheism, I don't mind. Tyrannical Atheism, I do.

Also, I should point out that I'm not actually a Christian either. I am a theist of sorts, but undefined.

No harm intended by my clarification here. I don't think anyone here is advocating the hostile violation of peoples beliefs and rights to push an agenda.

That could be considered a belief also. Perhaps those guys believe in hatred. If we take life as playing in a sandbox, then maybe we could leave their corner for them to play and play in our own corner of this great sandbox.

The problem is that they might come to conquer ours, because they like it more than their own (which is drenched in hatred). Then we might have to leave ours and find another spot .. or withdraw from the sandbox and go work on something more awesome (pk, obe and enlightenment).
