Ive been trying to understand something for a long time now. When i got to try to practice any pk i feel like im beung forced back, like there is a barrier blocking my power and its just building and building but i can release it. When i do a psi wheel it jiggles and then immediatly stands still as if i amusing a stasis field. I tried to concentrate extremely hard and then i directed it to the wheel, it span very quickly for half a second and immediatly stopped again. This is just an example of my problem but i feel stuck. It feels like my body is trying to hold me back. Im not sure if its been a lack of vitamins which is a recent problem ive been having or smoking or something like school but there is a barrier.

I stack the odds in my favor and always try and train when I first wake up which is when I find I have the clearest head. I have found it is also necessary for me to have the right motivation.

There is no failure only feedback. Failure is when you stop trying.
The psi_wheel, does exactly what your mind is doing. You can think of the behavior of the psi_wheel, as a sort of reflection. You say that you concentrate hard, but concentration requires no force, just consistent attention until absorption happens.
If you are a having scattered or conflicting thoughts, then the psi_wheel will reflect this. All you have to do, is rest your attention on your intention, while disallowing other thoughts.
Concentration takes more time & effort than most people think it does, but the good news is, that the strength of it builds over time:)
