First of all, i know that some people want to say "Psychokinesis on water = hydrokinesis". I voluntarily write it in this way because i think that everything is the same. I think that put a different name on each aspect of psychokinesis will only lead in a fractionement of your abilities. Indeed, unconsciously, a different name = different practice = different method ... it will only retain you in a certain domain, that is my personnal approach.
Anyway here is the video. It has been speeded up 16X to see the effect quickly.
Used to go with the traditional waterpicking method from psi-pog .. moving a toothpick around in water. Had it gain speed in a certain direction, then applied stasis and reversed the direction. Though, since the container was too small, the toothpick usually got stuck at the edges rather quickly. When it did, it was pretty difficult for me to move it away from the edge with tk.

That's right Sussch, it's better to use a large container to avoid this. Furthermore, you can wet your object to avoid this too. I have wet those herbs before because if there are dry, they stuck together quickly and stuck to the edge. This effect is smaller when you wet them.
To put herbs on all the surface show you your "true" tk effect. I mean, i think it's difficult to center tk in a small area, with this you can see you effect on a large surface.
If you watch it you can see where he manipulates it. I have been watching his videos. I think he is an adept at stasis field and aero generation. Water as he says is a difficult one to generate. Macbethlondon did a great job years ago using Ice I think Michael is trying to manipulate available energy in this vid. I do admit it is a hard one to follow though.
