I have joined the site so i can share my training in telekinesis, lucid dreams and energy saturation.
I have been using telekinesis off and on for the past 3 years but this year i have taken it more serious and gained great information from someone who works at the institute of bio sensory parapsychology in Russia.
I only use telekinesis under glass and move usually only with my eyes and barely use hands at all, i find this way the brain gets used to not thinking of any explanation such as static or any other means of moving an object that did not use TK. I train every day apart from Sundays ( rest day ) and use tk for 1 hour per day at mid day times as i feel my energy is stronger at this point. I do have 1, 2 hour session on the Mondays.
I move everyday!!
Any help i can provide i will be happy to give you any advice on what im learning and would love to see your progress :)
Hi, welcome to the forum. I highly recommend you read the journals section. There is a lot to learn from each other there. You can start your own journal as well so we can learn more about your experiences. :)
Yes defiantly excited to share with everyone as its not the sort of thing you can talk to people outside this forum because people just look as if to say wtf is he on lol
I still am very skeptical of people, espeicailly on the forums. You seem to be logical and concrete. So I give you the benfit of the doubt. I hope my skeptic mind does not offend you. I won't attack you though ;P

skeptic is the way to be to be honest, if you make a solid way of proving that what you are doing is real and try to prevent any way of other means to why the object is moving then thats the best way for me :)
that's why i only practice with very light things under glass and as everything i use so far is light i will be sticking with the glass for now.
If i ever post video's and you think hmmm could that be something else doing that and you find a reason as to why.... please share with me so that i can prevent it from happening again :)

I was a skeptic, and I did not believe this was real. I proved my self wrong through training, which i miss very much.
I respect your scientific mind and the way you have gone about psi! From one skeptic to another it makes me tear *jk on tearing* to have a fellow psion like you!! :D
but to the rest of the people on here i still love you all but its lonely being me :3 haha
I sealed my room when i first started psi, I was not able to get a glass bowl untill 2 years ago... when i was training every day things started becoming different in my world. I dont think its wrong to ummm believe other people however... being me I am very skeptical because I know plenty of people who want attention etc *not speaking ill of any one on here just saying about my experiences*.
I was also conditioned to not believe people because my mom taught me to keep my abilities from people because most people dont believe you. with that being said I have met people who claim to be psychic as well as powerful who could not psych their way out of a paper towel :D.
Do not believe what i tell you... my only evidence is that of my journals and my word. take what i say with a grain of salt but if you ever want advice or talk science *with others on here as well* hit me up on here.

I defiantly agree with you on that one, but to be honest if people are on here lying about what they are doing they are not gaining anything from it at all.
for me to get where i am now i have trained over and over in the last month with about a good 50hrs+ tor intense training, head aches, feeling ill, drained all the time and just generally not in a good way but now i have an understanding of how to move things and now what works and what doesn't ( for me ) i can now train for a lot less time per day.
You should defiantly get back onto the tk training though :)
bellow is an exercise used for real tk at the institute and is first started to learn people how to move because its designed to be very easily caught by your consciousnesses.
With asking other people how they do things i think is the wrong thing to do, no disrespect but things people could say might put mental blocks on me and make my training harder. with the man who taught me has told me the very very basic idea and has let me find the rest out for myself because it has been shown to be the best way unless 1 on 1 training in person is provided. so now i don't read anything i might try to copy unless its other energy gaining training but tk no no no way just earn for yourself and the mental blocks stay away :)
I will and have read through peoples diaries and they are great, i have seen a could that explain what they felt and could relate to :) . i will be reading your tonight :)

I TEND TO BLAB ON A BIT LOL :)

haha i did tell my girlfriends mum when i last used to do it and she looked at me as if i should have been holding a gun and was pointing it at her hahaha.
after that i just keep it to myself lol
im glad i found this site though. its interesting to see how people relate to the experiences
