I am wondering if anyone else gets like a good few weeks of very good telekinesis then have a week or a few days of not as good or not at all?
That's the reason I have asked for more experienced people :) nothing against the new tk users :)
I have 4 good weeks of very good tk and then nothing or just a little then after I get a massive burst of ability and level up so to speak.
1 week ago I could move my hanging straw very fast for a long time, the spiral for a long time at fast rate and move table tennis balls on water with good control.
3 days ago, hardly any movement in both of them.
Yesterday and today I now move a pen on a very thick string at the same speed as the straw, I move 2 spirals at just under the same speed but have complete control ( I can move 1 and keep 1 still, move both in the same direction, move both in different directions, speed 1 and slow 1 down ) and move a large boat on water ith fair control lol.
Anyone experiencing really rubbish tk before you have a burst of improvement? and have you noticed a regular pattern?
The reason behind wanting to understand if anyone else has this is so I can log everything and discover a better way to train and have the weeks of rubbish tk as a recovery week and after use more harder objects and controls
I think this is common. I find that setting aside a time of day to train and journal was the best way to progress even when I had slow days and got discouraged I could go back to my journal and remember important things I was forgetting.

I think it's important to treat psychokinesis, as you would any other skill & remember that performance is a dynamic process. No two expressions of a skill will be exactly the same, however, the edge of your concentration sharpens with consistency & time:)

I have times where I can't do what I want, like roll a can, but I am geisting like crazy. It's usually when I am more stressed. It is not lack of energy but something about my emotional state makes it more difficult to control.
@ grengoshi ... yes I mean like 1 week but I say weeks as for counting for all of the low level weeks that occur. that is exactly the same with me.. I have the slow period then boom it progresses very fast. yesterday I bent a tea spoon and strung it up in my bowl and waited for it to stay still. I only looked at it and it moved then I took control of the movement and it was so fast it was crazy. I said to my gf I will push it the other way and it did with roughly a 3 second delay from the direction change so was still very fast :) I did feel very low after and had cold feet that came suddenly and had to regenerate with exercises.
@ shirak ... that sounds like everything that has happened to me with the slow period, I get frustrated and like you say forget important things :) I am keeping close monitor of the slow periods and putting time periods on a chart and will do this over the next 12 weeks. I want to see if I can find regular patterns to prepare for this slow period and see if just doing energy exercises and not tk will repair me more efficiently, then after I can level up with the objects after.
@ owltwelve ... you are right their owl and it is like any other ability or objective. at the end of the day we are only human :)
@ shy ... yes I defiantly know that emotions have a major impact on the level of skill, I used to get that all the time but since I started qigong I seem to have equalled out my emotional state and seem to be getting better :)
@ all 4 of you .... I think we are on to something here, so if you could all keep a close eye on this and see if theirs a pattern in this low level and if you always level up after the low period. if you can try move something harder but the first thing you can think of that sticks in the mind ( if that makes sense ) and see if after the low level everyone gets better.
