Hi. First, i'm sorry if my english sucks, it's not my first language. I couldn't find forums about this subject in my language.
So when i was 14-15 years old, i used to do telecinesis. I was bored, came across this stuff online and started to practise with spinning some paper piece which was on top of some needle. After a week of practising, it started to spin on the needle. I kept doing it for 2 months. It always took like 30 minutes until the paper piece started to spin on the needle and i often got a weird headache too. After those 2 months i got bored, i never could move anything else that this damn paper piece. I stopped.
I'm 18 now and i'd actually want to try it again. I always wanted to be able to move objects, such as lift up things which i dropped to the floor or maybe even heavy furniture. But is that even possible? Has anyone ever moved heavier things than a piece of paper? If it is, how long it would take to learn to do it?
You should do whatever you feel inspired & driven to do.
Everything is possible, relative to your natural talent; concentration skill, & development of ecstatic energy.
Spacetime is also relative.
Rest your attention, on the object/subject of interest without making any judgement or comment about it. Every time your attention wanders, bring it back. Gradually, your awareness of things other that your focal point will relax. You mind will go into a state beyond concepts. The object will engulf you; duality unravels.
See what happens then:)
