Wow, great progress in the two sets of videos from the first year to the second. I really enjoyed watching the stasis field where you made the candle powered device stop while you made your other psi wheels spin on the side. I notice that your breathing seems to change a little. Do you feel strain from doing more than one thing at a time? I tend to get sick if I do stasis fields. :(

Thank you very much,

Sorry I do not understand the word 'stasis''!

You tried to do as I tell you?

The forum is dead here?

Stasis is essentially the act of stopping within a space or field. So as a visual I would be creating a ball around an object and that ball would have the instruction to make the object stop moving.

I have tried a couple times but I don't have the time these days to dedicate to doing telekinesis anymore. :( So far it seems my habits are overriding the experience so I don't think I'll be getting similar results.

Yeah, the forum can be dead sometimes but it's more active than most places I've been to. :P

Awesome videos, thank you for sharing!

It's not as lively as Mark's forum or Reddit but thanks to Shirak's special constructs, this is the only forum where the community is a family.

@limpidprogress: What do you mean by habits overriding experience?

No wonder why it feels so homey here. Lol. Thanks Shirak!!

@Sussch: What I mean is that habits often create feedback on a subconscious level. So if I'm staring at a psi wheel and I've got a process already cemented in because I've always done it a certain way then it'll often kick in unintentionally. I like to compare it to when I'm trying to do emptiness meditation and my mind keep wandering. It overrides my experiences of doing the new method. Perhaps I'm using the wrong words. :P

I gave your technique a try last night after my meditation session and I found that when I had the wheel partially in my mind but focused mostly on my lower dan tien (LDT) that the wheel was really responsive. I didn't have more time unfortunately to try thinking more on other things but it seems that this method definitely forces a clearer message to the subconscious that you want results and give it control to act.

The unconscious is when the conscious mind is distracted.

What LDT?

I was writing LDT so you could understand that lingo that we use here to describe the Lower Dan Tien (aka LDT). It's an energetic point about two fingers below the belly button, or navel, and it's about centered above the perineum.
