I have been doing some exercises with 2 of my friends and my mother. The exercise is they think of something and I will have 1 or maximum 2 guesses to answer correctly.
Results: because I have been doing this for more than a year and half and not really all the time, I will just say the ones I remember the most.
The overall correct answers I estimate to be 60-65%, depends of course what would be legitimate to count as correct.
For example: My friend she thought of cigarettes and while I didn't thought of cigarettes, while concentrating my mind created a long cylinder shape!
But other times I was saying EXACTLY what they thought, for example, she thought of her boyfriend and I found it, then she thought of her cat and again I guess it correctly and then she thought of her store and buying things and again I guess is correctly all with first guess, NO second guesses those ones.
While she thought of simple things, still she could be thinking anything and the probabilities of guessing so many things right are pretty slim!
The same thing with my other friend. When I couldn't find something, I was just letting go after second guess.
My observations are those:
When Im stressed or afraid or nervous my mind of blocked, I cannot even think of anything. When I am determented and have high self esteem I have much better results.
if you want whoever reads this to do this exercise with me, Im open to it. Why not try right?
but if you do tell me hey what I thought, please I want the correct answer even if Im wrong.
This is telepathy. I like to think of it as more than just telepathy because there is always a mix of empathy though it is in varying amounts. Keep practicing and you'll get better. I found that when I practiced with the same people it was often easier with them than other people because a psychic bond was created. Not sure why I'm mentioning that entirely but those are definitely pieces of the whole. lol.

Yes that is telepathy. I find sending thoughts its mainly about concentrating a bit for me. You can practice anywhere in public, you do not need someone, send them something that would show on their faces, but don't be naughty : ))
As far as the mind reading goes, when awake, for normal people/normal consciousness the mind is like a field of highly vibratory field. It extends past the head by far. A bit like the aura of the body. When that field is a certain size that person is telepathic for sure and most likely they know it. Also normal people have this habigt of thinking so that their thoughts resonate deeply in their own 'mental field' hence it is so easy to read their minds. I developed telepathy unconsciously (/by mistake) over the course of a few months as child, because people were getting on my nerves, I would just tense and keep saying go away in mind hard. Hence I say, concentration does the job for me in terms of sending thoughts. I wasn't angry or stressed, as you mention. And I can see how your progress would be affected by stress. Your mind needs to be clear aka empty in buddhist terms, for you to have such control over thoughts. I posted some cool staff in the concentration threat recently, try some of those exercises if you want, it may boost your telepathy - and aerokinesis :). Also, if you like telepathy try it with plants, especailly them big and old trees, very wise they are.
I thought remote viewing is seeing the physical world not thoughts with the astral body, isn't it?
limpidprogress, I noticed that as well. An astral link (/bond) is created with people. I think it has to do with the MDT or not. Maybe the MDT bonds are different. The ones I noticed that help with RV and telepathy are astral.
