Psychokinesis

Hi all, hope your days in the forum are going fine. You can call me Firice - a combo of Fire and Ice. We are beings made of earth,water, fire, and air.  I started doing meditation at the age of 12 but was not serious about it. Later on in life when I got into the job market I started to take initiatives for self-development.  That took me to communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and when I wanted to further strengthen my position or skills in interpersonal communication that lead me to hypnosis, fascination and animal magnetism, morphogenic resonance, odd sympathy, psychotronic generators and telepathy. I heard and watched videos of Qi-Gong before but never paid any heed.  At the moment I'm trying to follow-up on Franz Bardon's magician route and it's interesting that many of his assignments are practically dealing with the same subject matter than the Western world knows as "Psi".  This is my position at the moment - in terms of thought control - I can hold the visual image of an object for about 2/3 minutes without thought.  I'm trying to build empathy to achieve the state of entrainment or enmeshment, where I can move the object with breathing. P:s: for me it is not really a hobby rather coming out of a desperate drive to improve my skills to be safe.  I've faced situations in life where simply being assertive didn't protect me from harm. Rather my vulnerability of being soft-spoken was taken advantage of.  So for me, it's also a personal challenge to defeat myself.
