the relationship between psi and psychokinesis

A question to the veterans, how essential is harvesting yang chi and yin chi in my own body if I want to move the paper wheel ?

The available energy in the environment & your intention/attention is generally enough to move a psi_wheel, without yang chi cultivation:)

RE: the relationship between psi and psychokinesis and diet

Thanks twelve.  What are your opinions about diet?  As Kaltem Gibson has said, it seems that one would need to become a vegetarian.  Also, Dione Fortune made it clear that many of the occultists of her time were vegans.  In my opinion there's certainly something.  Body-builders for example, focus on a protein-focused diet to replenish their muscles after every work-out.  There should be something to replenish the mental muscles as well.

I don't think you need to be a vegetarian to perform psychokinesis, though if kundalini is active in you, then being a vegan makes it a smoother ride:)
