Trebor Seven, put up a fidget spinner video with very good practice techniques. I think it's a great way for everyone to increase PK skill on a cheap uniform target. This forum had a similar mass skill upgrade when we all worked on Crookes Radiometers, & hurricanes one summer. I think fidget spinners represent a similar opportunity:)

Proprioception refers to the body's ability to sense movement within joints and joint position. This ability enables us to know where our limbs are in space without having to look. It is important in all everyday movements but especially so in complicated sporting movements, where precise coordination is essential.
You can do it it too; as it's the same part of the nervous system which lets you touch your nose with your eyes closed, & helps you park your car without crashing. It's really good for psi training; you should consider working with a blindfold; it's sharpened my senses a lot:)

I've always kind of done this already with sports like tennis or racquetball. I've never really looked closely at the ball position so much as felt it.

It's important to maintain attention even when it feels like it's not moving; that's when I've gotten motion. It's easy to get spoiled by the experience of moving objects we're used to more easily:)
