Hi, welcome to the forum! It's been rather quiet in here these days.
To me it seems that you're looking for something outside yourself to be a sign for something great so that you'd feel good for your achievements. Such signs are not very useful because they barely have anything to do with the greatness that one would seek.
You could reach this greatness without any strange shapes on your forehead and without any headaches.
Moreover, headaches are not a good thing and having a lot of them is even worse. I would suggest to temporarily drop what you're seeking, then meditate and observe whatever it is that is causing these headaches. Once the headaches and their cause have faded away, you can continue your regular concentration practices on other targets.
Seeing a number or other only has the meaning that you give it. It's just a number and it's up to you how you use it.
Vivid dreams can be a good indication, as they tend to correlate to a brighter spiritual state. However, vivid dreams are also just an indicator - the dreams themselves are not a brighter spiritual state and invoking vivid dreams does not advance the spiritual state.
What are the things that you're seeing and cannot explain?
What is changing in you, and what's changing in your surroundings?
Best regards
