Hey, nice to meet you!

I'm a Spanish 17 y/o male. You can call me Prassek. :D

I've always been interested in this topic. Psychokinesis, out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming... I was a user in reddit's r/telekinesis community, but, for some reason, they decided to restrict the forum, so I started looking for alternatives, and this forum seems just what I needed! Unfortunately, I'm not sure if users here are active or not... Anyway, I'll try to participate as much as I can in threads, and post my own experiences, knowledge and questions.

I first knew about psychokinesis about five or six years ago. Somebody recommended I should wait untill I was 17 or 18 years old, so I want to retake the habit. I've managed to move a psi-wheel more than once, and I did have that feeling of energy in my fingers and palms, but I wasn't able to fully control it (direction, speed, etc.). I also learnt to create psi-balls. I'm meditating five minutes everyday, I intend to increase the duration of my sessions in the near future.

I have also sometimes visited r/telekinesis. I found it quite rare when people left reasonable comments.
One of the issues on reddit seemed to be that there are a lot of people who have set out to convince others that telekinesis is not real, without even trying it themselves.

Yeah, I saw your first post here, which encouraged me to participate as well, as I saw new users were still coming to the forum. It's a shame many forums of this kind are 'dying.' I was part of a Spanish forum about these topics, and the last time someone posted there was about two years ago...

Yeah, but I think that doesn't happen exclusively in the Reddit community. Anyway, I think these smaller forums have kind of a more 'loyal' approach to psychokinesis, so that's something cool about this.

As for me, I have experienced this more than once. I know it is real. And I'm totally aware that I need to be confident in order to achieve my goals. If someone doesn't believe in all this stuff, it's understandable that they're not going to get it work. That's the hardest thing; you need to believe in it before having any real evidence of it existing...

Indeed, small forums seem to have that advantage.

To be honest, I don't think belief is actually necessary, but one needs to be able to consider the possibility and take it seriously.
While this is probably a lot easier with the belief in place, I think it's still possible to start out with (healthy) skepticism.
I think it took me at least a couple of years of experimentation in order for me to acknowledge that the phenomena is real.

@Prassek: If I may ask, what kind of experiences have you had?

Hmmm, you mean that, rather than believing it's real, you should at least consider that posibility, right? I like your point, actually!

It definitely didn't take me so long to recognize this is real. I think I lack a bit of skepticism... Or, at least, I wasn't skeptical at all when I reached that conclusion so many years ago.

As I said in the first post of the thread, I've been about five years without doing much about this. Maybe sometimes I felt like reading about it, but it wasn't an active practice. My experience, well, I guess it was rather a mere feeling of connection between the object and me. I could feel the energy being transmited from my body to, for example, a psi-wheel through my hands and fingers. I also learned to make some not heavy psi-balls. When I make the psi-balls, it really seems to me as if I were holding them in my hands.

Still, I hope I can continue moving forward and finding more proofs for myself. :D
