Hey a while back I came up with a great basic training technique using heated water on a pan and a generic foam cup. Its a good way to learn development in how you body and chi energy effect an object. I put this together for my mom one day she enjoyed it. She was training with psi wheel before so she knew about mind and body chi energy. She did really well. I was able to move this cup from even further away (4 and 5 feet away) many times. Its the second vid below. This technique can help you with that. Its fun, easy and you can grow. Its very responsive. Ive also taught this my other friend. Check these videos out. If you want to do this technique you have use a frying pan, heat it up til you see some steam and small bubbles under. The heat helps with allowing you mental chi energy and intentions connect with the cup. place on table and mess around. Be safe. 1st vid is my mother and 2nd me moving cup from afar:

So, you did that vid, LOL. Saw it on youtube before getting posted here at the forum.
Just the idea of showing mom your TK was enough to go:
Did it once with dinner glassware, unintentionally shattering a pyrex one into lotsa tiny shards resulting in a visit to the local kid friendly psychiatric ward for getting pills shoved down the throat attempting to "calm the nerves" under a decade-long assumption that PK was a disease.
So, understandably, the reaction after seeing that "show your mom" video was like:
Yeeeeeah, riiiiiiiight... that ain't gonna roll.
Perhaps make sure you're not a minor in case the idea backfires.

Ive told on the video to be around an adult. Be safe. The techniques works and effective. I've done it with many friends and family. Many times. Don't do it with glass wear. It's with a pan. I'm sorry if anyone got hurt but you didn't follow the video and description. I've done great things with this technique as you saw on second video. It's the next step after the psi wheel. Just be safe.
