Does anyone Else vibrate their spine?

Im wondering if anyone else vibrates their spine. Ive learned how to do it, noticed it generates energy and moves CSF all through the body. Nourishes all the muscles and everything. It feels so amazing and after experiencing this ive noticed the nervous system doesnt feel complete without it, like its supposed to be a function closer to 100% activation and people arent doing it.

Most people do it briefly when they stretch and yawn really good

Any tips to do it mate? Tense the back in the middle?

I made a meditation for it, applying something I call the Activation Breath. To preform the Activation Breath you must tense or engage any part of the body, then inhale while keeping that tension and relaxing into it. That way it stays constant as if its your base state or relaxed state. Then when you exhale you tense harder and recruit more units. You repeat this as desired, inhaling every new tension and recruitment as your relaxed state. For example you clench the fist, inhale keeping it clenched and not losing that tension, when you exhale you clench harder, then inhale into that. Everytime you do this youre recruiting and activating more and more muscle fibers, motor units, increasing neural drive and everything. Its like a static isometric breath.

So you apply this to the Spine and surrounding muscles. Start with whatever portion of the spine you can do it with, I find the top of the spine the easiest to vibrate. Applying the activation breath youd initiate the vibrations, then inhale keeping it. Exhale and go harder. And so on as I said. That unlocks the muscle memory, recruitment and neural drive to vibrate. Then you can do it more easily at will. This meditation can be used to stay at a constant vibration and further how well youre able to. Youll get to a point where even thinking about it vibrates your spine subtly.

Also when you stretch you can work with this, making it more fluid and familiar. It helps with psychokinesis too, I tried spine vibrating with electrokinesis yesterday manipulating my bathroom light. Generating electricity from my spine, and also drawing from the environment since the demand started sucking energy from everything around me.

Hello Apex,

Your exercise is very similar to my internal strength exercise learned from my Martial Art teacher. Could you please share how can we determine the current "level" of the exercise. Just like, at stage 1, you feel/can do this. Stage 2 - you feel/can do that, etc.?

Sure! The Spine in particular or The activation breath? Im not very good at explaining things in a broken down way, and it would help others, so Ill try what Youre saying. It makes sense that Id need to, sorry about that. Ill have to think about it in that way, Im so used to just going straight to things of muscle memory and intuitive action.

Ill have to think about it, Im not sure Ill word it quite the way you said, level stage but I understand what youre saying. What cues to recognize.

Sounds really intriguing. I may give this a go at some point.

Thank you. It is. I believe The spine is meant to vibrate all the time, this is a part of our dna that went dormant. Its a continuous pump of CSF, anabolic for the muscles and bones, keeps the nervous system charged as well as the muscles nourished etc its great. Ive been slacking on it but Im getting back to it soon. Rn I only use spine vibrations for psychokinesis or getting myself high naturally. Im still not sure how to explain it better for those who dont understand me. I felt like I broke it down enough.

I'm a bit concerned about building up tension like that though. I am pretty sure that is the root cause for my stomach issues as I store a lot of tension there. Keep us updated as you keep doing it because I'm curious if there are any bad side effects.

Do you have those same stomach issues when its empty? I only have issues caused by stomach tension when I have contents In my stomach. Alright sure thing, Ill post comments or something as I keep doing it. The only issues I can figure right now that would arise from it stem from how your mitochondria function and what fuel source you use. If youre still stuck on macro molecules and needing food as fuel there may be caloric issues Bc youll burn tons of energy all the time. My mitochondria run on pure Raw energy rather than energy from food. So I can keep it sustained and do it indefinitely without running into any issues like that. What I do currently, even while typing rn, is vibrate it subtly just by thought which doesnt burn much. Its just charging my brain and making me a little anabolic, and tingly. Its nice.

Next time youre completely empty try stretching the stomach, by bending the upper body backwards and arching the back. Like the Cobra pose in yoga, hold it for a bit and try to stretch it as good as you can applying tension And flexing while under the stretch. Then release it and relax. Also for you Id look into checking your thyroid when I view you electromagnetically I see you have some thyroid issues, and you need to clean your heart chakra a little.

Your sacral region is also under active and maybe clogged that can cause some stomach issues too. Do you have a lot of dairy?

Hmm, I'd avoid scanning folk without permission. As for the stomach it happens regardless of what I've consumed when doing stasis fields. I don't drink milk but I will have yogurt when I know I don't have to go anywhere. Guilty pleasure.

I was doing some of this while laying in bed last night and all of the pressure was going into the base of my skull. Not very pleasant. I'm probably not going to pursue it much further. Not that I won't give it another go at some point in the future if I remember this thread.

I haven't literally vibrated the spine, but I have sometimes vibrated the psi and applied that to different regions in the body.
This has helped in healing as well as to clear blockages in the channels.

No worries mate. Just letting you know some people don't like it. I am on the fence about whether I care or not.

I was on a lot of drugs growing up for infections so my gut bacteria is crap from it. I have no doubts that my extending my energy to do something is stressing the bacteria that still exist and it upsets it which results in me having issues. It's definitely disheartening.

Only way to fix that is to starve them for a while, 2-3 day dry fast would get you started then a prolonged time without sugars or carbs even if its fruits and veggies (unless they are fermented). Maybe some intermittent fasting with Raw Honey or Raw Honey with Tea, its antimicrobial and antibacterial. Once you clear the rogue ones you could just keep eating the yogurt or whatever else to replace with good ones. Also if you want I could help you out with your bacteria so we can see if that helps.

I've been doing intermittent fasting 3x a week (mon, wed, fri) for 16 hours each time. Not sure I could handle doing 2-3 days right now or the change in diet. I will save this offer for later if that's a possibility otherwise I'm good for now.
