Tactile Visualization tip for those who has difficulty of visualization

Recently, Owltwelve shared with me some exercises to improve my visualization and he impresses the importance of Tactical Visualization.

I repost the Youtube videos he shared with me for your reference.

Based on my own experience, esp. I have trouble with visualization (always see black, not seeing anything much), I want to share my recent found tip. Instead of trying to start with the exercises in the above videos, try with an activity that you do almost daily and if possible that you spend a lot of time with it. And the ideal activity is what you do for your living. For me, it is working with the computer and coding. So you can recall your work and start the visualization from it. Here is my example of visualization of coding: I imagine I move the mouse to wake up the computer, use the touchpad to log in, then open the text editor, open folder and create a new file, when typing the filename, I recall the feeling of tying of each finger, etc. And then I code, when typing, I pay attention to the fingers pressing the keyboards, and write more code, etc.

What is the big difference here? The big difference, for me, is that starting with coding seems to be natural and my mind is more pleased with it. So, my mind allows/accepts to give that coding visualization practice a much longer time than other exercises if I do not feel comfortable with it. And after a while, when my mind is more open with the coding visualization, I can switch to the Youtube exercises with ease. Whenever I do this, I found my body got whole sensation, especially my top head (7th charka).

Hope it helps!
