For the sake of my vegan dogma friend

I don't know how to start a poll, new here, but anyone who has abilities or has developed abilities, and isn't raw vegan please comment and maybe even give a testimonial because he is completely convinced that eating meat, candy, chips or anything aside from raw fruits takes away abilities and rids you incapable of even having them.

I don't think anything I can say is going to sway your friends opinion one way or the other. There are some spiritual traditions that have this viewpoint especially when it comes to things like red meat but I have not found this to be the case personally. There is this thing that happens with this stuff where if someone has a really strong opinion about something they tend to will that into being true for themselves and limit potential progress.

I tried the vegan diet a few years ago for about 9 months and I didn't see any change that I can remember in PK becoming easier. I stopped when I started to notice all of my finger and toe nails became extremely weak and the two layers started to separate and flake off, it was not good. I'm not saying a vegan diet might not be healthy for everybody but I think certain people thrive better with certain types of foods, probably when eating the types of foods your ancestors ate for generations.

There is a video on YouTube where a man named Michael Raduga is teaching a class on out of body experiences. One of the questions a student asked is why they were told to not eat any meat before the class the next day, Michael was confused as that wasn't a requirement that he said anything about. Turns out one of the people helping set up the class had told all of the students that because they had believed it would help or something. Michael ended up saying it really doesn't matter and eating meat had never prevented him from triggering the out of body experience.

I think most of the videos I have posted have been at times I was eating an unhealthy amount of fast food. I will say eating unhealthy before a practice session can cause some slight problems for me only because if I am having a sugar crash I find it hard to focus but beyond that I don't feel that it matters much.

Just my 2 cents

New age. . .he would be surprised arahants would downright enjoy the experience if other men tortured them and smashed everysingle bone in their bodies, slowly.

What is unconditional love? its UNCONDITIONALITY ITSELF, and that implies its everywhere and forever. That is spirituality my friend.

You are not this crude bag of flesh but you are pure light itself! The body is FLESH, it IS animal, it does have sex, and makes faces when its angry and passionate and has great sex, when it is depressed and when it thinks its going to die and when its jealuous and when it realises it misinterpreted the situation and it was wrong. It does, it has emotions and it travels through time forward. Just like every other animal in the wild, it kils to eat properly, so does the animal that is the body of the human do. GROW UP and L00K at the true reality around you. Nothing is natural, its all nature, be it science, be it religion, be it spirituality, be it fighting, be it bleeding, be it weed and alcohol, be it sex, be it high level chess, be it complex rocket science, be it eating your prey alive, be it burying your enemies alive, be it becoming enlightened and having compassion towards all beings!

Learn to live life first, then become enlightened and start a religion, not the other way round ahahaha!!!

Going to have second BlissfulOasis's response. Since you described your friend as being dogmatic, and assuming he really is dogmatic, it's highly unlikely he will
change his mind in regards to whether one's diet, in particular to whether one is a raw vegetarian or not, has a definitive factor in the development of psychokinetic or extra sensory abilities (since you didn't specify what sorts of abilities your friend believes are impossible for a non vegan to develop I'm just assuming this is what you meant by abilities). I for one find it very unlikely that one's psychic or psychokinetic abilities are related to one's diet in so far as to whether certain foods can inhibit or enhance said abilities however, even if I were to accept that what your friend is saying is true, how would he prove it? What exactly is his justification that being a non-vegan makes it impossible to develop psychic or psychokinetic abilities? Now, if I'm interpreting this correctly, if the two of you were in a debate on whether one's diet has an affect on psychokinetic or psychic development and your friend stated that it is impossible for non-vegans to develop such abilities while you stated that it might be harder but you're not entirely sure, the burden of proof would rest on him. Also, I'm not sure what sorts of proof your friend would require. Relay a testimony from any number of us and he could easily claim that anyone can make things up on the internet, that videos, even lives ones can be manufactured and edited (though for anyone who has experience with video editing, this is a tedious process more so if it's live). Unless you can get a non-vegan psychic or psychokinetic person who can reliably demonstrate a keen control over their powers/abilities to demonstrate as such in front of your friend, I find it unlikely he's going to be convinced otherwise and even then. As for myself, I've experienced some potentially psychokinetic phenomenon before in my life and I'm not a pure vegan. I'm an omnivore, eating veggies and meat with a slight preference towards meats.
