RE: Pendulum to talk to "spirits" (I guess)

Interesting I have found the effects of pk extremely beneficial to health. I have better circulation, calmer mindset and have lost 8 kg of unhealthy weight. I know those who stress and strain at it have bad health effects ie Nina Kulagina and a friend of mine headaches till he learned to relax taichi, The problem arises when you still think the energy is coming from the body so you stress and strain your body to make it happen however the object and potential energy around the object is not affected by how much physical stress you put on your body.
Perhaps it is best for beginers to start with Chi Gong or taichi to learn energies and how to relax if they find they have health issues at the start. This will also give good groundingt for pk energy developement.
Also I should probably have said I had several years of this type of training before I got into pk so mabe it was like a prep class. I had not thought of this before and perhaps it should be reccomended to people who encounter this problem. However my friend was able to stop the headaches by relaxing and following the technique as I explained it which is easier in person. He has done no form of energies before this however his beleif system is such that this is more common in the Phillipines so easier to accept into his reality which equals less stress and strain.
The tip I guess as my teacher always used to say "Relax"
Perhaps your subconscious is telling you it is not good for your health at this stage because the you need to learn something more to set your training and focus on the healthy track?... Only you can know this.
