@Draspy: One could concentrate on it while focusing on the upward motion of energy (into or above the head). It seems to improve control and the ability to focus under seemingly distractive circumstances.

Legendary hip hop artist Canibus has often written and produced lyrics laced with feelings and wisdom that can be applied to PK and PK practice.
"To truly be clever you've got to be able to think ahead and remember."
"An isolated regime that works twice the pace of your team. These jedi mind tricks are no dream."
"Rap till you get delirious. Wack niggas get furious." (Well, I've personally experienced/felt that Frustration and/or a sense of entitlement seem(s) to distract from actually observing a desired outcome take place)
"I make things real." "My higher self is outside the realm were time is felt"
After hearing some of this dude's lyrics I felt like I more grasped why most orthodox establishments fear casual weed use .
lol bro o.o not all the orthodox please :P im one.. and i listen to all kinds of stuff o.o except stuff insulting christianity of course -_- they are lame

Yeah, love the jedi mind tricks song, and Sussch I can vaguely remember borrowing the kid loco album off someone years ago, going to have to buy that I think
Found some more songs from Boards of Canada that I like for background. These are a bit gloomy and psychedelic though:
Although I really like mystical music for pk practice, I have noticed that it builds tension inside the body. The 2 clips above don't really seem that bad, but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.
I used to love massive attack, but now I almost can't listen to it anymore - I feel its destructive effects right away. Tried listening to Marilyn Manson and Static-X again today (it's been a while and all), but I developed quite an headache that disappeared immediately when I stopped the playlist.
I wonder if this is how all bodies react or if there really are people with bodies where each cell loves Portishead or heavy death metal, for example?
